WARNING TO OWNER: December 12, 2023 Argyle Market Deli's ATM/cash machine may have been hacked -- perhaps with a "card skimmer" -- to steal from your customers. I used a DC bank debit card in your ATM/cash machine December 7. By December 11, somebody posing electronically as the "Mobily telephone company" in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, started trying to get money out of my bank account. The bank detected it, and cancelled my account. Other customers may not be so lucky. DON'T USE THE ATM/CASH MACHINE IN ARGYLE MARKET DELI!

Very passable deli. Have ordered wine and sandwiches here. Found it to be very solid and very good overall service and food options. very low price and decent quality - would recommend for people who need a quick bite!

Argyle Market is located close to my apartment so I stopped in today for the first time to purchase a half gallon of milk. Unless I have an emergency, I will never shop there again. The service was horrendous; I waited (with no one in front of me) for a good few minutes before a woman casually walked up and rung up my milk, which was outrageously priced at $5.16 for a half gallon. I would give it zero stars but have to give 1 to register any rating, but I can assure you 1 star is extremely overrated for this lousy market.

Love this place. Nice selection of beer, wine and snacks. Associates are always friendly and helpful. I switched from leather to an electronic wallet all at once and their cashiers basically showed me how it worked. ? Thanks for everything, guys!

I live in the neighborhood and frequent this place often. However, I never bought anything from their deli until today. The simple egg and cheese I ordered was a disaster: the "egg" consisted of a precooked patty with a hard, grey middle, and the cheese tasted off, as if it were expired. I should have known something was up when the store called me and told me they couldn't sub in egg whites. Argyle could be the neighborhood So's Your Mom if they used fresh, quality ingredients. What a shame.

A great deli spot! I get sandwiches and drinks here and have not yet been disappointed with anything. They have an awesome variety of freshly made food items at GREAT prices. I do call ahead, because it can take them up to 15 minutes to make the sandwich.

Mt. Pleasant is a neighborhood I have not yet fully explored, so when I visited one Saturday morning, I didn't know quite where to begin looking for a quick, easy bagel. After all, everyone knows that Saturdays are for the breakfast bagels. Yelping around, there were a few options, but most were pricey and complicated whereas my heart only desired a simple egg and Swiss bagel that wouldn't engulf my meager paycheck. That's why I was thrilled to see Argyle Market Deli. The bagel sandwich was so warm and tasty, and the market itself was well stocked and cozy. This breakfast made a lovely companion as I strolled the farmers market and got to know this vibrant and beautiful neighborhood a little bit better!
