The food was great! Had the southwestern dish on a sesame bagel, so good that I came back for it the next day! The americano was great too.

Definitely more of a food place than a coffee place. Paper cups only — no ceramic or glass. Cortados not

Very friendly and great service. Bagels, croissants, baguettes, ciabatta, they have all kinds of and you can ask all kinds of servings on them. It is made with love and served with pleasure and well presented. It is a bit small, but you can sit here in the morning usually. We only went for breakfast since it was close to the hotel. Worth going!

Amazing location, I had a croissant sandwich with tomato, avocado, scrambled egg and sausage. It was perfect and you could really see the effort of the staff to make the best meal possible.Great location, next to a bus stop and across the street from a hotel, additional bus stops and the hospital. Can't recommend enough. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too!

I came in trying to order, but I was immediately rejected by an employee/owner (older Asian man), telling me that they’re not taking any orders for the next 20 to 30 minutes because they just got a big order. I did not even get a greeting or even an option to buy coffee just that they’re not taking orders, and the guy simply walked away. As a black man I was embarrassed by the treatment and left the establishment to never return.

Cute little cafe! The breakfast sandwich was good and just what we needed on a chilly morning, caramel almond latte was one of the best I've had. The workers were nice and attentive.

Very friendly place with incredible value for money. They offer some great sandwiches that are super tasty and generous. On our six day trip we found this on the third day of our stay and we’ve come back every day for the remainder of our trip. The owner and his wife are very friendly and he even chatted with us a bit on our last day in D.C. where he explained they’ve been doing this for 28 years! Do stop by if you can, it’s absolutely worth it!
