In the Cannon Bldg so, convenient for people who work there. Food was good. Had soup & sandwich. Reasonable prices (for DC). What i did not like was the "vague-ness" of the ordering process. No trays. ??? Few signs. Was pretty annoyed by time I figured things out. So, if you are a first-timer like I was plan on being confused for a few minutes. If that's no big deal to you I'd say go eat there.
