This place is a popular bar but unfortunately the food is not good. We ordered a paella and fideos and both were extremely overcooked and burned (Pic attached). We reported it and both waiters and manager informed that's normal when preparing these dishes. We disagree as my wife is a professional chef with specialization in Mediterranean gastronomy obtained in Spain. They offered to prepare a new one and the result was similar so we left the place disappointed. If you are looking for a place to have drinks the atmosphere is nice and they have a good wine selection at good prices however do not go there expecting high quality Spanish food.

An absolute lovely experience at Barcelona Wine Bar. The floor to ceiling windows, the lighting, the ambiance, the food options, the tapas, the beverages, the service… everything was top tier and wonderful. I highly recommend the beef empanadas, grilled chicken, olive oil pancakes, patatas, and paella. My lovely spouse and I enjoyed a mid day date here and had Bernardo & Sydney as servers who were more than accommodating and helpful. The recommendations exceeded our expectations and now we’re full and ready for a nap. Bring your loved ones here or anyone you’d love to impress. You won’t regret it!

Great spot. Seeing the Jamón sitting on the bar, waiting to be carved for a beautiful charcuterie board, is a great focal point to a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The drinks are made well, and the music adds fun vibes. The place gets packed during prime hours, so get there early if you're not into crowds. The food will not disappoint!

Barcelona wine bar is a neighborhood favorite and the vibe is young and energetic. The service is fantastic, even though it’s always super busy on weekends. Most tapas are worth trying (didn’t like the fried oyster mushrooms), but keep in mind for large plates there may be a long wait at busy times. The wine list is well balanced, and there are wine flights to try if you’re in the mood for more than one kind.

My husband and I are devoted patrons of this restaurant, drawn by its delectable cuisine, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere. Despite the bustling crowd last night, Elizabeth's attentive service to our table stood out. Even while overseeing a large group, she made us feel special with her frequent check-ins. We can't overlook Carlos, the GM, whose warmth and professionalism add to our dining experience. It's this exceptional level of service that solidifies our loyalty to this establishment.Dietary restrictions: We have a shellfish allergy and they are always making sure there is no cross contamination. Have never had a problem.Parking: Arrive early so you can find street parking.
It was a busy Wednesday night and so perhaps as a result, the service felt rushed and some of the food came out cold. I've been to 3 Barcelonas in 3 states- the food and wine is always good! Get the paella, drink the Rioja, make a cheese board to start and eat the tapas! It was pretty dimly lit and we were at a long table, so I couldn't take good pics.
