I placed an order through UberEats. I paid for extra pepperoni and spicy sauce on the side. I received neither and consider this stealing as there was absolutely no attempt made to provide the items I paid extra fees for. This is an occurrence experienced all too often and I’m starting to believe it’s done on purpose to make additional revenue.

Had a really weird experience here back in December (I know late review) I called ahead of time to ask what their closing time was and if I had to order. After speaking to someone on the phone about how much time I had left as it was late, I ended up ordering with about an hour left before they closed through Uber eats. Upon walking to the restaurant, I realized the door was locked despite there still being time left for my order to be picked up. I was let in and explained that I had placed a pick up order. There seemed to be confusion about the order so I stated my name, reiterated that I was there for a pick up order I placed and what my name is again, showed them my Uber app and everything. I also stated that the pick up order was FOR ME. Got weird, stand-offish and slightly frustrated vibes from the cashier. It being late, it was understandable. He then notified me that the order would not be able to be fulfilled as it had come in “too late”. I was a bit confused and stated oh, well I spoke to someone on the phone and they said I could still order. And he then basically explained that the order would need to be cancelled because it had come in too late (which again didn’t line up with what I was told over the phone) and the kitchen was closed. Either way I pointed out that they needed to cancel the order on their end because I was still charged. I was then instructed to contact Uber. Up until this point I’m still getting VERY standoffish attitude from the cashier. I stayed in the restaurant while on the phone and was present when Uber called them to confirm if and why the order was cancelled. Once I heard the cashier speak to the Uber representative, he kept saying “the driver” will need to cancel the order for the customer. So I once again stated I am NOT the driver, I am THE CUSTOMER. His attitude towards me completely changed and was now no longer standoffish or frustrated with me but apologetic and very amenable. He then stated over the phone “oh I will make her the meal.” - despite telling me the kitchen was already closed? So lots of things not lining up here. I declined as I had a bad taste in my mouth over the experience. He ended up giving me a random set of breadsticks which I assume came from someone else’s order (so, this item would likely need to be remade in an apparently already “closed” kitchen). I don’t eat breadsticks but I felt obligated to accept just to end the interaction.I find it strange that the attitude received would change based on whether I was simply a delivery driver vs. a customer. Delivery drivers should be treated with respect. They are literally connecting you to your customers and don’t deserve to be treated as less than. Customer service should extend to them as well.3/5 stars because I have eaten the food here and it’s pretty decent when you’re in a bind. However the other time I ordered from here they forgot hot peppers in my sandwhich so it didn’t meet expectations. Nonetheless, I still have a weird feeling about this place just based on the fact that there was a lack of basic respect when I was assumed to be a third-party delivery driver.

Great slice of pizza! My sister said after one bite of the supreme, “wow, I haven’t had a good pizza like this in a while!”
Love the pizza. But ... Seasoning is KEPT on the top of the trash receptacle. I once asked staff behind the counter if they could keep it elsewhere, but it didn't do any good. Yech!I went there last night and they had seasoning on top of the trash, as usual. They had seasoning in plastic containers like what you'd have sour cream or cottage cheese in. But with no top at all. Putting garlic powder on my slice without putting too much on was a challenge.You guys gotta do better.Update: Thanks for your response. I mentioned the issue once to your staff. They told me when they put the seasonings in a different spot, customers just put them back atop the trash.I don't believe that because *every single time I go there, they're *only on the trash container -- *never anywhere else. Ever.And .. even if that *were true? Figure out a way to prevent them from being removed -- or maybe put on top of the trash something round or whatever to prevent them from staying on top.Somehow, there's a way to prevent this problem. If you succeed, then I promise to delete from this review the part about the trash. If you don't, I'll add photos.
