It doesn't matter if food might be half-decent. If you lack.professionalism and are unresponsive to inquiries seeking to place an order, you're not deserving of support. I'm here craving some fried fish and grits, and also had them in mind to cater my Bday event but no matter how polite and progessional you approach this "business", they don't have good sense to respond. This is also NOT a restaurant. It's a "call me and put in your order" place, so there's not even a set menu of a few regular items. Not smart at all. We don't even know if they're registered with the city with this half-ass setup or get inspections like real restaurants do. Who knows what kinda mess/ nonsense they've got going on in their kitchen??? I always try to support BOBs but once again, it's a bust. Do better.

I have used Black Out Cafe's catering services from small family dinners to midsize parties and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the services are top notch! My family and I have been getting weekly meals (lunches) for about a year now. Every week there is something new and mouthwatering! Black Out Café also has a curbside pick-up service. It's convenient and that menu has something for everyone.
