Overall, our experience left us with wanting more. We started the evening waiting a while to be greeted at the host stand while the restaurant was pretty much empty. After that, our service was good overall with prompt drink orders and our food coming out quickly. The food was good, but not quite worth the price. While we were waiting for our check, we overheard the manager ask a table if their imaginary party was still coming in a condescending tone and stated that if not they would start clearing some of the plates. I understand wanting to start cleaning tables since it was nearing close, but there are other ways you can communicate that to paying customers.

Great food and service. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to our table. Crabs cakes, NY strip steaks, and fries were prepared to perfection. Best cheesecake I've had in a while.

I ordered the Cajun Ribeye well done which was perfectly balanced seasoned. I was worried with it being well done that the steak would be overcooked making it difficult to cut but it wasn’t.I also had the Grilled Asparagus which was cooked to perfection. I usually like light pepper in addition to the lime and sea salt already included. However, the pinch of charred taste left no need for me to use black pepper. The truffle fries were good the main thing that stuck out was the truffle sauce that came with it. The taste of the fries itself was fresh.I had a glass of the Clase Azul reposado which is now my new tequila. The service was lacking probably because it was a Sunday night and the hours were limited. The server was overwhelmed but still managed to multitask very well.

Food is good especially for the cost as it's not as expensive of some of the other steak houses. The menu seemed limited though. There was one waiter servicing the 6 tables on one side of the restaurant, so service seemed slow. Overall good experience and I would go back.

Food was excellent waiter not so much, could understand what he was saying , screwed up our bill.. charged an extra $300 on out friends credit card. It was fixed but mistakes like that should not happen just Incase ppl don't double check their credit card statements. Overall I would go back to give it another try,

Stopped in for lunch and the food was excellent, however, there were only 3 of us and the manager refused to split our check. Seems odd considering I’m sure many groups of people in DC come here for lunch on their work break with colleagues? Extremely weird.

Had the 26oz ribeye at Bobby Van's. It was cooked to perfection at medium rare. Ordered the truffle fries as a side and the apple tart as dessert, both were excellent.

This was on Monday, so probably a bit light on the crowd. The atmosphere is nice, maybe a little outdated. The pear salad starter was terrific, my bf found the Caesar to be just ok, it was soggy. We both enjoyed the entree of filet mignon, we asked for medium, both were medium Rare/medium which was fine. Sides included mashed potatoes and broccolini , they were good. Dessert cheesecake and chocolate mouse cake were delicious! The staff/waiters were very attentive. I would say 4/5 on food, 3/5 on ambiance and 5/5 on staff. Overall a really nice experience I would come back for.

Went here for NYE and enjoyed ourselves! Had the Lemon Drop Martini which was good but not good enough for a second! Ordered the French Onion Soup as an appetizer and it was tasty. For dinner we had the Filet Diablo w/ a Loaded Baked Potato & the Hoisin Glazed Salmon. Both entree’s were delicious! Overall the experience and food were worth the price! I’d recommend and go back.

Came for a earlier dinner before a Wizards game. For the reservation I listed a Groupon would be used. We were greeted and seated promptly. The table already had the pre selected menu on the table. I got the pear salad which was very good. We both got the filet mignon, cooked medium. It was larger than I thought the steak would be. I enjoyed the steak, my boyfriend said it could use more flavor. The brussel sprouts were very good. I was surprised at how good the macaroni and cheese was!! Most steakhouses I've been to it is bland, but not here!!! If we would've been headed home we definitely would've had food to go. The cheesecake was very good too. Definitely recommend this place for a nice date night.
