I placed an order via UberEats for a small meatball parmigiana sub. The sub was delivered timely but it's missing marinara sauce. Just a dry meatball and cheese sub. Tried calling Capo and was the lady who answered the phone was initially dismissive. Kept asking if I'd contacted UberEats. I explained my issue wasn't with the delivery but with the food. She spoke to a manager who questioned my claim because the meatballs are supposed to be in a container with marinara sauce. I was also told to contact UE for options. No offers for resolution!

The Italian submarine sandwich was different but good. I enjoyed it for the most part but the bread was so hard and crusty I could only eat half because my mouth became tender from the bread. Regarding the meat nothing really stood out.

I was very disappointed. The sandwiches look nothing like the pictures on the website. My $16.00 tuna was primarily hard bread with very little tuna, lettuce, onions , etc. Certainly not worth it. I would much rather eat at Jimmy John’s.

Poor service, bad communication, cold food.I ordered ahead, arrived on time and checked in with staff. The food wasn't ready and then proceeded to wait 20+ mins for the chicken parm. The sub must've sat somewhere unattended because it was cold when i went up to ask when my order would be ready. Staff rolled their eyes when I said I'd been waiting 20 minutes.

The bread was great, with a good crust and not too chewy or hard to bite into. But the caprese had no basil of any kind (leaf, pesto, etc). Otherwise, decent sandwich.

Called to inquire, and the service was rude and dismissive. used to be my go-to sandwich order but will not be ordering again.
Honestly when you have places like the Italian store across the river, why bother competing. Because your Italian doesn’t compete and sucks in comparison.

Terrible sandwiches that are over priced. I ordered a chicken parmigiana and the chicken was raw and not cooked properly.Businesses like these should be banned for feeding bad food. Will definitely report them to then health department.

I've ordered Uber eats from here two times and both times it was really really good. Honestly, best sandwiches I've ever had. I got the cheesesteak last time and it was great, I'd definitely recommend. I'd be blessed to eat here one day!
