The food overall was good but the service was not the girl who took our order Layla or something was too busy trying to flirt with the staff to listen to my order and out what I wanted in incorrectly and kept trying to walk away. The whole restaurant staff was focused on laughing and flirting and nobody was focused on the customers it’s ridiculous and just rude

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from this location a few days ago and found a bug on the tomato in my sandwich. So glad the tomato slipped out of the sandwich before I ate it. I called the customer service line and was told that the issue would be escalated to the franchise owner and I would hear from them soon, but no one reached out.

The smile when I walked through the door made my day. It felt like I was visiting friends. Rachel was so bright and cheerful when she took my order, and I received it shortly after stepping away from the register. I only ordered a Large fry and spent less than 5 dollars but I felt like a valued customer. It's so nice to have great service in the downtown area. Keep up the great work!
I came here on a Friday night during the winter holidays, and have to say that it was super-packed, yet the staff was on the ball and did the best they could with the people pressures. I found it pricey compared to other Chic-fil-A's that I've been to, but I guess that's par for the course in DC. The food quality wasn't all that great compared to my past memories of going to various Chic-fil-A franchises, so maybe that's why I'm downgrading my rating of it. But still, it's a good convenient option if you're staying at a hotel in DC and want to get take-out.Kid-friendliness: It's got plenty of kids stuff on the menu.
