I love chipotle but this location is sadly very poorly operated. It is normally filthy. The seating areas are rarely cleaned, with food and trash left on tables and on the floor. The other day I walked in and there was a large bag of garbage inside the front door that it looks like the staff had tried to move but had left a line of leaking liquid down the entire aisle. About 1 time out of 3 that I go to the restaurant they are out of a key ingredient and tell me they need 10-15 minutes to make... normally white rice or steak. And often the proteins are overcooked and dry. It seems they do not have enough staff to support and so the staff become overwhelmed with the volume of customers, especially on the weekends.

Terrible service, they serve you angry and with little professionalism, when it is 9:20 pm they no longer want to continue cooking to tell people that they don't have food, for example today I couldn't order beans and chicken because it was "out", and they didn't want to heat up a tortilla for a burrito. They also had a personal speaker blasting music right in the kitchen. Every worker there was just doing whatever they wanted besides working. I don't recommend this place at ALL. I don't know where the manager was, but everything was a mess.

Worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. Out of chicken, steak, black beans. Waited 10 mins due to the people working on door dash items first. Also, they refused to make a quesadilla and told me to order it online.Entire restaurant is dirty. My 12 yr old had to clean a table just for us to sit down.This was at 7:20 pm on a Wed.Extremely disappointed

The girl working was rude, no customer service skills and the dine in area was a mess. I've never been to a Chipotle and had such a horrible experience. I ordered online for pick up and my chips were missing when I got there. I asked about them and was told they are out. I asked if I was going to get my money refunded (since I paid for them) her answer was "no we're out, there's nothing I can do about it." I told her that wasn't right and she laughed. Had I not looked I wouldn't have been told they didn't have them, there's wasn't an offer to compensate for what was paid for. The we walk back to the hotel to find that the meals weren't made correctly either missing the guacamole, sour cream and cheese on top of the chips. I get things happen but her attitude, lack of communication and poor customer service skills show she definitely doesn't need to be in customer service. ?

I’m not from this area and for this chipotle to have such a low rating I’m surprised the 2 young men working the food station and the young lady working the register was very nice and thorough the lady in front of me in line was very demanding and rude though definitely a lack of home training great staff
The chicken is so spicy at times hard to eat . Dirty tables. They are not consistent. Chairs are so hard to seat. They need a new interior designer. Not going

Rude staff and small protein portions. The man doing my bowl dropped a whole bunch of the chicken from the scoop and refused to add more. It’s unfair that they charge so much for small protein portions. I go to chipotle all the time and this location is awful.
