This location is terrible. Once I went to pick up an order and they were out of rice. This time I got delivery and they failed to give me the chips and guacamole and also screwed up the entree. District taco has my business from now on.

Tried to go in 30 minutes before closing time for a burrito and they told me they had no rice and weren’t making any more for the night. I feel like Chipotle should have rice available until they’re closed, seeing as all of their products use it. Makes me not want to come back again because of how rude the staff was about it.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls through Uber Eats and will never order from this location again. Undercooked brown rice, the extra chicken that I paid $5 for is nowhere to be found and no lettuce in either bowl. Unless you're ordering your food at Chipotle in person, you will definitely be screwed.

NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.. This has too be the worst one after navy yard the customer service was the worst they all had nasty attitudes and stank faces the shift led was on the line throwing the food in the bowls and being completely rude and rushing for you too tell her what you would like on the cold side the girl who rolled my burrito did a terrible job if i wasn't already at the end i would have left tf out because the manager that was on the line was rushing people were reaching and pushing over people it was a horrible experience but shout out too the beautiful girl at the hot side with the purple hair who was so sweet and kind too everyone she served 0/10 don't recommend don't waste yall money ! wish i could give it zero stars

I live nearby this chipotle and every time we have ever ordered take out the orders are way off. If it's a salad there will be a sprinkle of Romain on the bottom with heaps of rice and beans that resembles a bowl, if it's a quesadilla there will be maybe an 1oz of cheese spread onto a regular size tortilla, and if it's salsa it's missing its key ingredients such as cilantro, lime, onion, tomato to its corn salsa. The worry is that if there are corners being cut in food quality than what other corners are cut elsewhere? The staff need to be trained on food handling and how to actually make the menu that is reflective of the Mexican style Chipotle is known for. It is also alarming that the Navy Yard Chipotle just recently closed due to health concerns. So hopefully they aren't linked but it seems like Chipotle corporate needs to be involved with its franchises here in southeast DC.

I went in to get a salad bowl. One thing about this location is that they never have anything. Salad no bowl, chicken no steak, sour cream no vinaigrette and so on. Service at this location is very unprofessional. I remember seeing a roach crawling through as if it was his location. Recommend a good cleaning and friendly staff who wants to be there.

Absolutely hateful and rude employees here, the main girl with braids was so disrespectful, rolled her eyes at me, and sneered at me when i asked a question. Seems like these folks hate their jobs, i will never step foot in this building again. From the looks of the rest of the reviews, there is a disrespect issue with this particular staff. Get rid of them if they cant manage to scoop chicken without pissing off your entire customer base. Bffr

I ordered catering twice here and they never disappoint. The service is amazing and the always go above and beyond.
I walked in and the guy was just cleaning the burrito wrap warmer. He didn't even look up or acknowledge me whatsoever! Even I asked him directly if I could please get a burrito bowl, he continued to ignore me! After I asked a second time, he turned to one of his coworkers and asked, "Can you get him?" Now, the other guy who made my burrito bowl was friendly and so was dude at the cash register. So, I give a star for each one of them.
Customer service is horrible! Portion size is half of what you get at other Chipotle's. Tables are dirty, Carne asada was completely dried out. This place is the worst.

Went on a weekday & place was not busy. Ordered a burrito & they gave the smallest portions of each item I requested, not just for me but even for the person after me in line. Then got home, opened my burrito & it was a smushed net looking fly. So no! Although this place is closer to me, I would not return but maybe it was just a bad day for me
