No lie this place was such a damn unexpected delight! From the exceptional counter service comparable to any restaurant, to the fresh delicious food, variety of offerings, and even packaged market selections like chocolate covered nuts and raisins, to some of the best cookies I've ever had. We had a wide variety of foods from burgers to coconut rice to deli salads and wraps to desserts. The guys working the grill are so nice and helpful and totally work with you giving you what you want. At 12$ for a burger and 3$ pastries and the BEST iced tea selection with guava I've ever had!!! Truly an unexpected affordable and fresh made-to-order treat in this expensive area of an expensive city.Kid-friendliness: Totally chill place to bring kids. Counter service with plenty of seating in a warm dining room with a clear and visible menu and many options for your picky kids. Very relaxed setting where your kids can whine about how not hungry they are, or play their obnoxious YouTube videos without fully humiliating you (lol) while you can still eat a hot meal.

Great food and friendly staff - I very much enjoyed my chicken salad.Order is via touchscreen, pickup at the counter.Atmosphere is nice, went there with my baby girl.Unfortunately, they do not have a baby changing table, it would be great if one could be added.

This young lady today maybe a medical student as a cashier very rude as if she was above serving. Never acknowledged me.Why is this like the 3rd time I had to ask for fresh brewed coffee, fight off nats, ask for the heat to be turned up. Just wanna sit and eat a bit while working a bit.The discombobulation of the cashiers and service workers in NOMA is cringed worthy. Hire people that live hospitality. Because that's majorHire people that wipe tables, anticipate needs and can do their job without the customer having to over engage seriously

This spot was great for a healthy dinner down by the pier. I ordered a steak salad to-go, which was SO filling. The quality of all the ingredients was great. They were slow for a Wednesday night dinner - I popped in quickly, ordered on the iPad, and the food was out within 10 minutes (made from scratch, of course). They have a great selection of drinks and little snacks for purchase in the shop. The shop is well decorated and has a great modern vibe. I'd gladly come back here again.

They charge a steep service charge that isn't a tip and doesn't go to the staff. It's a dishonest business practice. Also the rice we were served was terribly undercooked, almost raw.
