This spot on H St Corridor is hands down my favorite. The drinks, service, and food consistently impress. The ambiance is wonderfully moody with dim lighting and great background music. I always opt for the vegan version of the beef noodles, which are consistently flavorful and delicious. The bartenders are not only friendly but also knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations. I appreciate that they maintain an accessible archive of past menus, allowing guests to order from a wide range of drink options. Despite its small size and the place sometimes getting crowded, outdoor seating and an extra bar on the back patio provide additional space.

Without a doubt, this cocktail bar reigns supreme as the ultimate destination in NE. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere that exudes charm and sophistication. The service? Flawless. The staff here are attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. Let's talk about the music - always on point, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. And the food? Consistently amazing. I can't get enough of the salt and pepper shrimp, perfectly seasoned and oh-so-delicious. And for my vegan friends, the beef noodles are an absolute must-try - flavorful, satisfying, and completely plant-based. Whether you're here for the cocktails, the music, or the food, this place never disappoints. It's a true gem in NE and one that I keep coming back to time and time again.

This establishment is still dealing with filtering out horrible bartenders! It says a lot about their screening process.

I ordered a lot of bad/good late night food after a DC night out without having dinner first. Everyone was getting dranks and this seems to be one of the biggest things to try here. I cannot speak on libations but I did have: I enjoyed the baos, and fried rice. I ordered the ribs but I didn't like the way they looked and so I just took them home. My date enjoyed his drink. Def want to visit the sister restaurant. Server was good, he was attentive without being overwhelming.

I love the food at this place and the service is amazing. I’m frustrated when I order pick up because for some reason I don’t get all of my food. When I dine in, I get 4 bao and 10 chicken and mushroom dumplings. When I do a pick up order, I only get 2 bao and 6 dumplings for the same price. I’m not sure why this has happened twice now. And since they don’t have a phone number, I can’t call and ask about it. So I’d suggest folks dine in if they can!

I recently dined at this intimate charming restaurant on H Street in DC. The intimate setting, coupled with phenomenal service, made for a delightful experience. The waiter's assistance in navigating the menu and thoughtful recommendations added to the overall satisfaction. Don't miss the crab fried rice--it's a delicious highlight. The street parking may require some patience, but the culinary experience is well worth it. I would visit again, but I probably would not choose a Friday night with the place being so small you are very close to everyone like within arms distance . The menu is very limited, but it's a cute place to go and try a few things and socialize .
