This is a super cute, tiny wine bar with amazing wine, great for people watching. Google says it opens at 5pm but I would say more like 5:30 or 6pm. So glad we went, will definitely be back!

Kendall was friendly and welcoming. The wine selection was great. We had the focaccia, arugula salad, and the vintners plate. The food was great. We really enjoyed our experience there.

Food options (creative and fresh) were great. Service is always good. Excellent wine choices. Highly recommend. Had quiche and salad and fries (with garlic and herbs) and my companion had eggs Benedict!

I’ve been wanting to go to Cork for years, and never made it in, so I finally made a reservation for a Friday night and I’m so glad that I did. At first I didn’t even know there was an upstairs section, but we were seated upstairs and it was a very nice atmosphere. Cozy and comfortable and and excellent place to enjoy a glass of wine or have a meal. Our server was very welcoming and clearly knew his stuff. We know a little about wine but not enough to be successful, so we really appreciated the recommendations. I think we could have used a bit more attention during the night but our server was also tending to the bar patrons, so this was neither here nor there. While we did not have dinner the menu, though focused, looked excellent. My one negative comment would be related to the vintners plate (read charcuterie board) which while $24, had nearly nothing on it. However this seems to be the norm in DC these days unfortunately. Overall I would say a very nice experience and definitely would be a repeat visitor.

Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The server (Xavier) provided key insights into the menu and perfect wine pairings for our meal. Lovely dining room upstairs, tasty meatballs and burrata and beet salad.

The experience was horrible. First they sat us in a booth too small for 5 people. Then the wine menu was on an iPad that kept shutting down. They neglected to tell us their menu was “family style” and we should order protein, vegetable and starch. The food all came out staggered which would not be conducive to family style. The meals were very small (like 3 bites) and incredibly over priced. Certainly not enough for one person so never enough to share “family style”. We left hungry and very disappointed.

Had my jacket stolen from the back of my chair as we were dining. The staff and management were completely unhelpful. While there are cameras there the manager said she could not access them. DO NOT GO HERE.

The quality has definitely dropped from a few years ago. The avocado toast were not nearly as good as before and the “flower” arrangement of the avocado seemed unnecessary and actually took away from the dish. Could have used a bit more salt sprinkling and the pistachios seemed old.

Karim is the best bartender in the building! He knows all his background from wine, champagne, culture! It's such a great spot to wine taste and find the wine that speaks to you for the night! They have a nice ambiance !! Either your downstairs where it's casual or you can get fancy and go upstairs where they offer private dinning! 10/10

The food at Cork is amazing! This place is a gem. We came here on a Saturday night at 6:30pm, and it was honestly not very busy. We were seated for our reservation right away. Our server was the sweetest and checked on us often. The downstairs is a bar and wine shop. The upstairs is a spacious restaurant. I would recommend making a reservation, but you could probably also just walk in. We ordered the house-made focaccia, which was insanely good. We also had the calamari, heirloom tomatoes, hanger steak, brussels, and spaghetti vongole. The hanger steak was perfectly medium rare and tender. The flavor was delicious. The calamari was crispy, and the sauce was very balanced. Everything was delicious. The wine was also great, of course! I wish I remembered which one we tried. My friend spilled her wine on her lap, but the waitress was so nice about it and brought her stuff to clean up! I would definitely come back here again! The food and service were amazing.

The first time I came here the service, food, and ambiance was amazing. We sat upstairs and had a great time. The second time, however, we sat in the back patio, and saw multiple rats run by, cockroaches running around, and could hear rats squeaking behind our table. Now we live in the city, we understand that sometimes vermin are unavoidable. But purposely placing a table right next to your dumpster maybe isn’t the best choice. There also were about four other full tables on the patio with us, so it’s not like it was a quiet night.I’m so disappointed. I really loved this place the first time I came and had such a great experience, but now I will never be coming back.
