Great atmosphere and great beers & food

Beers are very nice...we tried two with dinner and bought two four packs for later. The pizza was okay...the pepperoni was a little burnt in my opinion. I'd definitely buy the beer again but probably not the pizza. The atmosphere was cool...very hip and chill.

The pizza and beer are pretty good, though they were out of half the IPAs when I was there. Honestly, the service really brings this place down. I noticed many of the beers were poured with too much foam, there were ridiculous surcharges on things any decent restaurant would include and the general attitude was "get your own sh*t." Ordinarily, I'd be okay with the "you're in your buddy's basement attitude", but at these prices I would expect a little more service.

Great brewery with a variety of types of beer, including the amazing purple, U-Bae sour which tastes less like a sour and more like a ube cake. Sticky Rice sour was also great w mango, rice milk, and coconut. Both of these beers were SO unique! Loved the 16% valor barelywine. Another unique item for a brewery. Charm milk stout was good - similar to other milk stouts I've had.Atmosphere is super super cute (and industrial) with events almost daily. However, note, their actual happy hour special is 2 beers and slice of pizza for $12 until 6PM. The website says it is $2 off draft beer after 8PM.

This place is good vibes all around. Even when it's packed it's not too loud and the music is a reasonable volume. The staff are very friendly. Beers and pizza are good. They were playing women's basketball on the big TV and buffy the vampire slayer on a smaller TV which I think are perfect choices for a bar on a Friday night!

Beers were tastily refreshing and in-house pizza made a spectacular combo!

We went here on a Friday night and it was easy to find a seat. They have seating outside and also can open the window for the inside. We got a bunch of samplers and none of them were really impressive. Not the best brewery in DC but the staff were super friendly.

Really really tasty beer and a friendly staff. Didn’t try the food yet but wings smelled good when someone next to me ordered.

$2 off regular pours in the evenings 7 days a week draws us in after dinners out. Tasty selection! Pizza is good too.Having returned a few of times since the incident registered below, things are looking up! No unexpected lock outs to report.Previous review: Traveled 20 minutes out of our way to do one beer, last call and get a pack at the DC location. We've come here a lot. After parking a block away, we arrive at 9:34p. A dozen customers are inside and the doors are locked. No closed sign. On one at the bar. Customers looking uncomfortable, don't want to look at us, like they'd be responsible for letting us in then. Looked like a scene out of "The Menu". If you can't be open till your posted time, change your hours. At least CYA on Insta.

This is a great place to grab drinks and delicious pizza (also LOVED the Caesar salad). what I loved most is that they don't just make beer- they also had a great selection of natural wines on the menu! Would be a great place to bring a large group.
