Great passport photos

I went to Cup'a Cup'a Cafe recently for the veggie combo, but unfortunately, I was not as impressed with the food. The salad was decently seasoned, and the warmed up betters were pretty good. However, I was a little disappointed to find hairs in my food, and the quinoa underneath was a bit off-putting. The service was good, however, so I will give them points for that.I might come back, but probably just for the coffee. It's nice to have a bookstore nearby the store, as it adds to the ambience.

The capuccino was amazing! We dont live around here so our usual coffee shops are like starbucks, etc. We tried this place because it was near our destination and it was amazing! It was what we call real coffee. The customer service was great, the workers were so sweet and gave us recommendations on what to order. Its a cute bookstore and meeting place with ethiopian food and coffee. Definitely recommend if you want some real coffee or something different than your usual starbucks.

Great little bookstore and coffee shop. Drop coffee was quite good. Cappuccino absolutely spot on. Nice Ethiopian menu too.

3.5 stars. Good coffee and great service. It feels like the nice lady behind the counter knew all of her customers. I got the iced latte and it was pretty tasty. I need to come back next time when I'm hungry for the Ethiopian food. There are a couple of indoor stools and a bar for seating. It's attached to a bookstore that has some tables and chairs as well. There's also an outdoor seating area.

Fantastic latte. Chill outdoor patio. Worth a try if you’re in the area.

Coming from MD I miss Ethiopian food so much. Popped in planning just to grab a quick coffee. The latte was one of the best I’ve ever had, and while waiting for my passport I had a delicious veggie sambusa and I will be circling back to get food to take home. Sophie was so welcoming and let me set up shop for 3 hours on a rainy day. Cannot recommend this place enough. Would have posted pics, but I was too busy enjoying everything!

Delicious coffee for my husband and me. Incredible service! The couple in charge of the cafe are so cute and nice. They made a special hot chocolate for my kids, so yummy!

Really enjoyed the coffee. Ten times better than Starbucks or Dunking.

Don't look like much from the outside but after trying this is gonna be one of my go to places in D.C for coffee, tea, pastries & food. Definition of hole in the wall. I got the vegetarian combo a tea & later an expresso to-go. the people are extremely friendly, I can't recommend enough It's connected to a small collectors bookstore next to the passport agency

A quaint and delightful coffee shop in Foggy Bottom. Delicious fresh coffee, any coffee drink you need, and good food on offer, too. Awesome place to stop by in 2022.A great stop if you find yourself in the neighborhood.

Such a cute coffee shop with a bookstore attached! My kind of vibe. Love that it's Ethiopian too. The lady was super friendly and nice and the coffee was delicious and reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend the mocha!
