Deli to go. Absolutely terrific sandwiches! Line moves a little slow so don’t going in a time crunch. Tuna melt was perfect.

If you're in the area of Judiciary Square this is a great spot to grab a quick lunch. They have coffee, rice bowls (chicken, lamb, steak), and sandwiches. The service is good, nothing to write home about. Regarding the ambiance, the inside has a few tables to eat at and is very industrial.

I start here with a good coffee every morning. The staff is really kind and quick! The food is really amazing and all of the prices are the most competitive that I’ve found in the city.

Got a turkey sandwich and have had food poisoning all night. When I called about possibly getting a refund they were very rude and short.

The food is decent for the price and convince near the court house. The all Spanish staff isn’t that friendly even though I tip and have been coming there almost everyday during the week with four or more orders for 8 months. You’d think when you ask for a little cup of hot peppers during breakfast the manager will honor that but no. To my surprise after spending thousands of dollars there literally, the staff acts as if they’re not happy and can’t sell a lunch condiment 20 minutes prior to lunch is ridiculous and I’m upset. This place need happy workers who understand people and their regular customer base. Very sad. Here I am a few days later and now that the owner said something to the staff there worst. I can’t believe it now they want to charge me for a plastic bag witch is the law but out of 300+ visits when I get 3 sandwiches they always give a bag. Now they want to be petty because of my complaint. It’s sad to have ignorant people as a face of your business. They ruin it.

Now that I've made a complaint to the owner about the staff now they're even less friendly and now they want to try to over charge me for stuff. Then for the first time in 8 months tried to charge me for a plastic bag for my large order. they have never asked me before they just gave it. sad this business will not succeed due to the staff who doesn't comprehend well.

This is a nice sandwich shop. Friendly service and great food. Bacon egg and cheese was delicious and so was the steak and cheese. Quick service also.

It's ok for a quick bite if you're very hungry; gets busy at lunch, rushed order process and difficult to read the menu until you're right at the order stage. I asked for the bread to be toasted, but for some reason that wasn't possible, and all of the sandwich contents were just stuffed in the middle of the bread so I had to rearrange it while eating so that I didn't have bites of just bread. The ingredients do seem fresh, and I would explore the soup menu next time instead of sandwiches.

Was told they had run out of taters for the breakfast burrito. Asked if they could sub lettuce for the taters. They responded that it would be extra. After server said “are you going to want it or not?” I decided I did not. It wasn’t as much about paying for lettuce as it was for the inflexibility and confrontational approach to customer service. It’s this kind of customer service that is unacceptable. Food is already overpriced as it is. Probably that’s why they have high staff turnover.

Very clean, prices are reasonable service is fast and the restaurant is clean. We paid $13.60 for two plain bagels with cream cheese and two espressos.

Wow. What a let down. Walked early this morning to this location after being starving since getting off my flight & decided this little place looked cute online. Went in to order & when I asked about their soup & turkey cold cut the lady was so incredibly unkind & rude. I just said thank you & walked out. Left hungry & I'm going to go try a cute little food truck instead by my museum. I'd rather starve to the next location then be served by an unkind woman who didn't want to serve us anyway. A let down, this place smelt so good coming in so similar to our local place at home. I was so excited, damn!

My friend got the Turkey Pesto Ciabatta and I got the Lamb Over Rice! They were both really good and all of the items were are great price points for the area--happy to have found this lunch spot. Hoping to try the cookies next time I visit; it looks like everyone was grabbing them.

I got the Turkey Pesto Ciabatta, amazing flavor. I see why this place is popular for lunch.

Like others have said, they basically give you what they want to give you. My orders constantly get messed up, and they don't really do much to fix it when they do and still make you pay when they don't give you what you ordered. Only reason for 2 stars are the cookies are good, baked that morning, and the location. Although, there are so many alternatives within a block or 2 north.
