The online ordering is a waste of time. I order online and show up 20 minutes later and not only have they not made the salad, they can’t find the ticket. :/ I’m a long time customer but don’t bother with online here.

Food is ok, but the service is terrible and the manager is extremely rude. I have gone there on six occasions and I get treated as if I'm begging for a sandwich, God forbid I want to add a slice of cheese. The entire staff acts is if they are having the absolute worst day. Forgive me but I like my food made with love, where's the love Devon & Blakely? We don't feel it. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy I had the biggest problem with turned out to be the manager which unfortunately made perfect sense. I will not be returning to this establishment. From now on I will be taking my business to the happy smiling folks at Subway around the corner.

Sloppy behind the counter workers who serve the sandwiches and wraps. The employee did not understand me after I pointed to a specific wrap and telling the employee I wanted only half the wrap versus both halves. The cashier was kind and professional.

Overrated, dry, overly-priced sandwiches. The caramel popcorn they sell at the counter is stale and incredibly sticky. Couldn't eat it.

We wished we had discovered this place earlier in our trip. Fresh everything, salads, sandwiches, yummy bread/fillings, great coffee. At the end of the day, most of it was gone, so the pics don't do justice! A gem. Thank you!

I went in to get a sandwich. The guy working started showing me pre made sandwiches. I asked if I could make a custom one, and he shook his head no and he riddled off what was in the sandwich.Confused was I, as there was an enormous sign behind said working guy that they make sandwiches to order.Taylor Swift was playing so loud working guy could not hear me. It was at this point I left.

A tasty cafe with sandwich, soup, and salad options that will all hit the spot! The prices are very high ($9 for a "large" soup and tiny baguette), but the flavors are good. Nice for a quick bite in between meetings!
