I mostly just go here for the baked goods. The muffins are very good. They also have bagels and a lot of very unusual-looking rice crispy treats! When I go, it's usually not very crowded so I get waited on fast which is good.

I ordered a sandwich online, and a few minutes later the store calls to let me know they're out of the bread I requested. No problem, of course, they asked me if I wanted something else. After calling to check on the bread, though, I was surprised to get back to my office and find out almost my entire order was wrong. I ordered roast beef and cheddar (this was correct) with horseradish sauce and lettuce. I got honey mustard, some kind of fig spread, lettuce and carrots (probably like a salad mix). I was really disappointed because I loved the one by my old office pre-pandemic. I was excited to see one by my new office as well, but unfortunately that will be the first and last time I go here.

A bunch of options for sandwiches and salads. They have premades, or you can ask for your own custom stuff.Prices are pretty good, especially for what seems like good and fresh ingredients and tasty bread.Some seating inside, as well as a bunch of tables outside on the sidewalk.

I went to this location and ordered a vermont wrap which was very dry because it did not have any of the sauce that comes with it. I called and asked for a refund to which the person answering the phone swore he made it correctly (he did not). He told me to come show him and when I got there the store was closed and he stood on the other side laughing at me. I was told the manager was gone for the week so basically these "workers" are doing whatever they want. I will be in tomorrow to speak with someone in person but this is unacceptable. You all will hear more from me
