I ordered two pizzas. They brought me the wrong order (someone else’s pizza) and then did not pick up the phone when I tried to call them and correct the situation.

I’ve ordered here often but something has changed over the last several to 6 months. Change in ownership or management, I don’t know but the result is terrible service and terrible delivery times. My last 4 orders were either the wrong pizza, left items or delivery took over 45 minutes and I’m only 5 minutes down the road. I’m done wasting money here and will be going elsewhere from now on. This is the last pizza they mess up on one of my orders. Do yourself a favor and grab a pizza from somewhere else.

If I could leave nothing as stars I would. One of my family members got hired here but the boss flaked on them and seemed to be drinking on the job. So best advice if you want customer service when mishaps happen these employees are not to be trusted. As my family member came home with a uniform(shirt + hat) and been hired and has no schedule to this day.If they treat their employees like garbage just imagine how they treat their customers.This family member gave all their information and did paperwork and everything but why this family member not have a schedule. This family member is hurt now because what did the employer do with their legal documents? Hmmm we can only wonder. Why is my family member not working here already and even tried to reach out to the manager but yet the manager is never there. Even Cortez who works at Domino's employee told his family member that as meaning we here more then our manager. The manager says he will be at certain time don't believe it cause he will come late. Please if you looking for good customer service and great pizza this is not it. Believe the reviews. There is way better. Tentleytown is even worse in the way of Domino's. Good luck

The worst experience I have ever had. The pizza and the chicken did not look appetizing and when my husband brought it to them and told him he did not like the way it looked and would be back to get it new. And when we returned I brought in my receipt told him what was wrong with it. The large looked like a medium the chicken wasn't covered in sauce and looked like boneless chicken. And he said I don't cut the chicken I give you what you order can you read? I told him yes I can read and that does not look like a large pizza and now i would like my money back. He told me I wasted his food and his time so he was not giving me my money back. Pushed the food towards me on the counter and I told him I didn't want it and would like my money back. He told me he wasn't giving me my money back told me to call the police and so I called them. My husband came in and he told my husband he couldn't give me my money back because I called the police and he had to wait until they got there. He told my husband to shut up. No one in the kitchen had on gloves and when my husband asked him why he was rubbing his face while working in the kitchen he said he had to. He kept telling my husband to chill out. Lied and said I paid with cash and I didn't and was clearly showing him my receipt. Then he waited until the police came to send the girl out with a receipt saying he cancelled the order so I had to leave the store he refused to give me his name or his managers name. He refused to give be Police his name or the managers names I will be calling to report this in the morning. I bought Domino's from a different location and had absolutely no issue. All he has to do was give me my money back but he was rude disrespectful and disgusting!

I paid for a deep dish pizza and received a hand tossed, although I said deep dish 3 times. Since I walked in and paid the guy said with a smirk said "Same thing" . I ended up giving the pizza away to a homeless man and had no lunch. Wish my husband was with me, I would had had the pizza I ordered . Actually no stars
The young lady took my order around about 2 pm Thursday evening excellent customer service. She was patience and help me with my pizza topping The food was nice and hot and the loaded potatoes were so delicious and their a vegan pizza. Keep up the good work ? ?

Pretty good pizza in general. For the price, it is definitely worth it in the area. If you're ever in a rush, order here, and be satisfied, for you have food for days.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had a great experience at this location last night. Ordered a pizza for carryout around 10pm and it was great, and the staff was amazing, especially Awais who helped me out!

I ordered a pizza from the wrong store. The pizza just finished and I cancelled. I apologized (it was my error) I called them back to see if it could be delivered (even though theirs a Dominos 2 blocks away) they delivered my pizza to me! And it was not part of their area. It was still fresh and warm! Excellent customer service yet going the extra mile! Thank you so much! I couldn't resist but to tip the driver a big tip! Thank you again Glover Park Domino's!
