Good people good pizza priced well .. will come again if needed

My entire order was wrong, I could tell from the he boxes. The driver said if theres a problem call Domino's, I tried. Now 2 werks later, numerous emails with no response. When I did get an actual person she said i had to wait for the GM to come in the store its bern 2 weeks. They basically robbed me & the other people whos orders they ruined. Thats it no more Domino's

Fed up. We've ordered a LOT from this place & sadly it has gone down. Our last 2 orders were wrong: we paid for extra chicken & got NO chicken on our pizza. The time before we were overcharged (discount was supposed to be applied & was not). Each time i've tried to reach customer service via the app & i've called the store several Xs too - nonresponsive. Can't get thru to the manager (told to call back several times, other times they just dont pick up). We used to put in large orders for parties & other events & i used to compliment Domino's on improving their pizza quality, but these days i am fed up w the repeated issues + no resolution, no apology. Feels like our longtime loyalty is taken for granted here. You cant keep messing up, ignoring your customers & expecting us to return :(

I ordered today for curbside pick up. My pizza was supposed to be ready my 5:15pm I got the checked in on the app. It said my pizza was on the oven at 5:17pm I waitedfir about 10 minutes then the app said my order was ready 2 min counter started. If it takes longer than 2 minutes to bring it out the next pizza is free. After a little over a minute the timer was stopped in the app. The late time was 5:27pm the pizza didn't come out until 5:31pm. Be careful they are not honoring their promise the policy.

Every time I order pizza from this location I request no garlic seasoning on it but I guess they don’t read the instructions because I always get my pizzas with garlic on it

I ordered a half dozen pizzas for kids at a basketball game, The store delivered the pizzas, cheese on the no-cheese pizzas and so on. I called the store to make a change and was put on hold for a long while, then they took my number and said the manager will call me. No one did. I had to order another set of pizzas for the rest of the kids.

Domino's location 4362 (6239 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20011) has the most awful customer service. I called in a large pan pizza for pick-up and was routed to Domino's call center. When I arrived at the restaurant, I paid for the pizza in full, but was then presented with a thin-crust pizza. I asked the cashier (who also claimed to be the manager) if he could redo my order. He replied "if you pay for it." I offered to pay the difference between the pan and thin crust, but he insisted that I pay for a whole new pizza. When I asked for a refund of the first order that they got wrong, he refused.After explaining my frustration over the matter, he refused service: "how about I just refund you your money and you won't get a pizza." When I asked for a refund receipt, he said "we don't do that."The manager was so rude and disrespectful. He also didn't seem knowledgable about the company or know how to do his job. He claimed that Domino's doesn't have a call center that takes orders; that only the store takes orders. His pants were also hanging below his waistline, making me question the cleanliness of this location. I'll never order food from here again.

My pizza was delivered 1 hr and 15 min after it came out the oven. The driver said they were waiting for the wings. We all know that's a lie because the wings are never cooked well. Someone else in my group wanted them. I complained online, received a confirmation# and nothing else. The next time I attempted to order trough the app, online, by phone and directly to the store I was told they could no longer deliver to my house. Since they have been delivering for the past 3 years, I can only conclude that it's now because I made a complaint! When I asked the manager, I wasn't given any explanation. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else! I know we did and will from now on!

This Domino's has the worst customer service experience. I went to complain about an issue with my delivery and the manager/parter of the franchise came out to speak to me. Right he was defensive and dismissive without even expressing one word of empathy. In the end telling me to get out and that he was calling the police because I said I was going to write a negative review about his place on Google...I live in neighborhood and I advise all my neighbors to go somewhere else for there pizza!
