I never had bad experience with Dunkin’ before, as a visitor to DC IT WAS THE WORST. Worker Yesenia gave us worst service she can, several times asked if that’s all.. we asked if they have croissants and said no. We saw 3 orders that was made with croissants. 2 miss places order and 1 order was extra w cc. Also, yesenia made faces saying too much people, that we had to make online orders.. don’t recommend this place unless the workers changes.

Ordered on app and picked up in store. Pickup experience and packaging of our order was probably the most half assed I have ever experienced at a dunkin. Chocolate on donuts all melted and smeared. Donuts cold. Coffee was eh, not hot. We stood around at the small counter and ate our donuts and left.
This location in DC was the worst Dunkin I had ever had the displeasure of ordering from. We made our order through Uber Eats, but they left more than a third of the order out of the bag. My brother and I were disappointed to put it mildly. We hopped in an Uber to go get our remaining items they they failed to give us the first time, but all we initially got was a lame excuse about how they were really busy with a larger order and that it wasn't their fault. "You didn't put it in the bag. It was on the receipt--HOW IS IT NOT YOUR FAULT?" After I spoke to the associate again more firmly, she gave me the items that were missing--2 Boston Cremes, and I had to pay for another side of bacon. I have never felt more disrespected. And to add further insult, while we tried to politely get our missing items the first time, 2 or 3 customers walked out because they took too long to even come to the counter.

This is really ridiculous. I came in at 6:02 AM door was close and the lights were off. So the lady told me 10 more minutes so I gave her 15 minutes and the store is close. Expect this place to always open up ether 30 minutes to an hour
