I don't know why I come to this Dunkin so often (actually I do.. I live right across from it). Do NOT order from here if you have somewhere to be on time. Doesn't matter if you order 20-30 minutes in advance. You might still be standing there waiting for a bagel with cream cheese. Or just spending 10 minutes trying to flag down an employee because nobody is free to attend to online orders. I have waited 10+ minutes for orders I ordered online with ample time on the app, multiple times.

Second morning I came in and the manager refused to sell donuts by the dozen. But would sell two half dozen which comes to $24 vs one dozen for the $15.99+tax. Reason is they are running low on donuts. It was 9:00am. I came in on the previous Friday at 8:30am and she refused to sell donuts by the dozen but would let you buy two half dozen. What’s the difference? You’re still selling 12 donuts except it costs more to buy two half dozen boxes. Why isn’t it first come first served. Today the employee boxed my 12 and was ready to sell me a dozen and the manager said no. I didn’t pay $24 this time so I left the donuts. I asked for the person in charge to call because I wanted to know if this was ok with the owner/higher ups that she’s not selling dozen boxes and she told me to go online. I still haven’t found a number/email to contact. Her not selling dozens seems like a scam.

The young woman who waited on me today around 2:45pm was very nice and professional.

I ordered donuts through the application and when I arrived at the restaurant they should not improve the application.

Little variance in what level cream/sugar between visits. I dinged a star because the lid on my coffee wasn't fully sealed. Found out on first sip while driving, now wearing coffee.

No seating. Always check your order because usually something is missing. Two stars because they’ll add whatever you ask for.

Donut filing was inside and to one side only which was disappointing. Glazed donut was good because it tasted like it should. Orange ambiance and was clean with nice walls. Good relevant art which was informative for my order. Service was ok. Could not really understand what they were saying and there were no tables to sit down at...

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but I've been stopping by this Dunkins every morning for about a month on my way to work. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and I've never see it "dirty and smelly" as one other reviewer did. One tip: use the Dunkin app to order ahead. Saves time, and usually if you do it five minutes before arriving your order will be hot and waiting for you. It's not fine dining but the coffee is excellent (better latte than Starbucks, imo), and the food isn't bad either.

This is my favorite dunkin - the food is still a russian roulette if it’ll be any good or not - but the service is absolutely wonderful. The nicest group of people behind the counter that make my morning
