I received a free coupon for donating blood and presented my coupon for an egg and cheese wrap and iced coffee. They said ok and then tried to charge me for it! I asked how is it not free when it says free and she scanned it but didn’t count it. DO NOT COME HERE - they are CHEAP and DISHONEST!! disappointed considering how hard it is is park here too that u couldn’t get anything

0 stars if I could. Lady working the shift that’s on at 3pm on 12/12/2023 had a nasty attitude. I politely asked to use the bathroom as I am traveling back to nyc and needed a coffee and bathroom stop. She looked me up and down and told me there’s no bathroom to use, I clarified I would be purchasing, and she still gave me a snappy response. There is no need for treatment like that towards anyone. It is a shame a woman would refuse another woman the kindness to use the bathroom given how difficult it is for women to find public spaces for bathroom use. I walked out, I prefer to find elsewhere to get my coffee.

I don’t normally do reviews but I’ve lived across from this Dunkin for 4 years. It’s always inconsistent and the people hate working there and they hate the customers that go in there. Nothing works for placing orders correctly or them even having fresh enough donuts. This place is dookie.

Delivery w/ 3rd Party Vendors always get the order wrong. Either forgetting the bacon on a maple bacon sandwich or forgetting the sausage patty to a breakfast sandwich. I'll invest currency in my own breakfast builds.

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting to order for over 10 minutes , I had to use the what room and it smelled of literal feces and could physically tell it had not been cleaned in a few days... I couldn't even trust the kitchens cleanliness afterwards. My entire appetite disappeared and I was so disappointed.

The service is quick however they don’t give you the potion of food you supposed to have I always order the same thing from different Dunkin’s but the food can be better or at least give me what I paid for. This is the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.
Honestly really bad customer service. I go to this dunkin almost twice a week and I can say that they have super bad customer service. Only one worker in there, and that worker is always on her phone or doing something other than serving customers. They need to hire more people, and not only that but they’re always out of items.

The fact that you can drink a hot beverage and consume food but can't use the bathroom is quite disturbing and I believe absolutely not legal. I will check with the US Attorney General's office to see if that is discrimination. I will also check with DCRA ( DC Department of Refulatory Affairs to see if this is acceptable. If itz not I will surely report them. I don't get this same NO restroom or employee restroom nonsense when I visit other Maryland and Virginia Dunkin Donuts establishments... Must be because the populations skin pigmentation is contains too much melanin.. Yes, I said it. Seems the Black people aren't deserving g to wash their hands before eating nor clean enough to use the restroom inside. I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM Zero stars, but my friend, well, she enjoyed her coffee..

I don't like how the store is suppose to be open at a certain time, and nobody is at the front counter to open or even unlock the door! That is ridiculous smh. If I had an option to give your business negative stars, I would've definitely given you a -100 stars. Do better! And have better employees thank you!
