In my experience ordering early morning never had any issues and folks are pretty nice here. As far as the food goes the turkey sausage egg and cheese muffin has always been my favorite.

I ordered a small decaf iced coffee and I'm pretty sure they gave me regular (the sticker says decaf but there's no way), because not even halfway through the drink I feel jittery and amped up. It was barely 11am when I ordered-- not 7am during the commuter/ work rush hour. It wasn't busy. I avoid caffeine for health reasons. If I have a stroke, I'll make sure to send the owners my hospital bill. (Kidding, but come on!)Also, the food is extremely salty-- moreso than other Dunkin locations I've been to. Disappointing.

Never again!Ordered via uber eats expecting my first american donut experience being best ever however got dry, old dunkin to the bin donuts. While trying to call the vendor, spanish decent lady on the phone just hanged up. Thanks for ruining great brand with franchises. Never

I passed thru here this morning on my way to work because I wanted to get a cold brewed coffee and a couple of their famous glazed doughnuts. The other reason was to escape the sweltering heat for a few minutes, because by 10am it was already 90 degrees outside. There were a fair amount of customers already seated inside, as well as, a large family group so the place was more or less busy. Needless to say though, I counted at least five employees working behind the counter. The number of employees made a small difference in terms of the speed of service this morning. I was standing in front of the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It was all good tho, I found a table and chilled while I waited for my iced coffee to be prepared. I was able to enjoy the doughnuts also, and two glazed doughnuts at this time of the day were plenty of sugar. The coffee was wonderful and I appreciated the air conditioning.

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in Washington DC. The customer service is so bad. Upon arrival no one speaks, ask to take your order NOTHING!!!!!!! Today I waited 9 minutes for my order which was a small ice coffee THATS IT. It was only 2 walk-ins me and another lady who also order a small coffee she waited for a long time as well. Everyone in the back seem to be doing online orders no one made any of the walk-in orders I had to ask when will my ice coffee be made. When I asked everyone looked at each other and a guy made it. It was so nasty, too sweet it was gross. I took a break from this location because this is not the first time this has happened. Its dirty in there, the service is trash and its overall ALWAYS a bad experience.
