The woman clearly does not like what she does for a living because the moment I wanted a donut the woman had a funky nasty attitude as if I bothered her... even the woman cashier on the opposite side of the gas station side. They have the worse snacks and the worse drinks to buy.

I have a valid disability dc placard.. I am a person with disabilities & health conditions. I was forced to move my out of the handicap space & was told to park in a regular parking space. He said I was there past 20 minutes.. I told him i just bought coffee & I'd receiveed a phone call & he said ppl need that space to pump air ... Yet it's a handicapped parking space.

I picked up 4 Carafes of various coffee. There is a New staff and New Mgr! I haven't been in a couple of years. (COVID-19) I always use to pick up my coffee from this location for my Sorority Brunches. I was Very Pleased with this New Customer Service....Thank you Ladies! Dec 2, 2023 at 7am!! The Staff walked my purchase to my car and sent me off HAPPY!! ???☕️

Though my drive thru service was extended with a smile, the munchkins I ordered looked as though 4 out of 10 had a bite taken out of them; next, the chicken and roasted vegetable wrap was ice cold in the center. I was utterly disappointed ?. I just blamed the lack of service on all the chatter going on in the background.I gave both items to my dog who appreciated them.

Food is over cooked, service is slow , I can pull in at 4:15 and still be in line by 4:23 and be the only person in line they don’t come to the window to say wait a second, be right with you, or anything. I come more than enough time to get down the street to my job and every time I leave here I have to rush because of how slow the service is early in the morning. I’m officially going to McDonald’s across the street for my coffee.
