Let me tell you. I must annoy Carlos by ordering from this Dunkin’ almost every morning at 5am exactly- but this man does not let that show! Instead, I am consistently greeted with a smile and a good morning. Carlos is so quick to get my order done and ready for me before I take a quick walk over from the next street. My coffee is always exactly how I like it, the food is always amazing. His work ethic of getting there at 4am and opening every day is so impressive, and he does it with grace. With the few times I’ve been able to really chat with him, I can tell he is a great person!

I wasted money at this Dunkin’ Donuts! I purchased a raisin bagel (toasted), a medium cup of coffee, and some munchkins, that’s it. I thought there was no way an order that simple will get messed up. I was wrong! The bagel they gave me was extremely hard and inedible. I’m am pretty sure that they gave me a stale bagel that is a few days old and toasting it made it even harder. I always check my order to see if they gave me everything that I ordered BUT I never thought to check for the quality (unless it’s a drink). For those of you who are reading this, please take the extra time to go to a mom and pop shop if you want quality.

Always busy at this location, but despite that everyone is always helpful and prompt. Wish they had a better variety of donuts. Boring selection… cinnamon donut, chocolate frosted cake, and apple spice are some of the better options I don’t see. Hope you consider adding them !

This is the first place that I stop in on my very early morning commute to work and let me just say that the staff here is so friendly, even at the crack of dawn. The cashier, Jasmine, is always so kind and welcoming even if the clock says 6:15 or 6:30 AM. I admire her energy in the morning as no one wants to begin their day on a bad note. The tall manager with the glasses, not sure of his name, is also very kind in making sure that you get your order and that the customer is happy. Great way to keep people coming back, thanks!The coffee is also very good and they always get my order correct to the tea!

It's a Dunkin. Coffee's okay, donuts okay, etc. Usually go in for a quick treat. Got to say service has gone down lately. 3 employees and none to even acknowledge me even after waiting at the counter 5 mins. The guy is organizing donuts but doesn't even acknowledge or grab one of his fellow employees' attention. Just left due to unbelief of bad customer service. DC service has definitely gone to cr@p since the pandemic as if nobody wants their jobs. Go a few miles out of DC and the service is night and day different.

I've come to this location more than a dozen times this summer, because it's conveniently located on my route to work. The only negative to that is the difficult parking situation with only metered parking on the nearby street. I enjoy their cold brew coffee, as well as, their salted caramel cold brew coffee. The is time around I went for the pumpkin spice iced signature latte. I felt like indulging a little this morning, so I also ordered 2 strawberry frosted donuts to go along with it. This store is somewhat odd in that they often times close down their dining room to the public for no apparent reason. Not that I would necessarily have time to chill here but still I think many customers would like to sit down on occasion.
