I ordered on the app today 2/10 at 5am because the app said they opened at 5 and so does Google. I get there to pick up my order and the doors are locked and there is a last inside just looking at me and then after about 10 minutes she throws 6 of her fingers up, meaning they open at 6! The door also says 6. But again the app and Google and Dunkin’s website all say they open at 5. I’ve tried calling about 100 times to get my money refunded and the phone keeps disconnecting. Poor way of doing service Dunkin

Service with a smile!Edited: on 5 February in the afternoon was told that only iced coffee is sold after 3pm despite a 5pm closing per your app and 6pm per your store signage. In the morning was told you were out of lattes, whatever that means.Edited: on 26 January had a totally different experience… extremely rude staff and OUT OF ESPRESSO! How is that possible at a coffee shop!? Zero apology and as I had ordered via the app, getting a refund was extremely time consuming.

Have been here twice for coffee with the visits about 1.5 months apart. The people were nice. But both times the flavor for the coffee (one hot, one iced) did not taste like anything. Even the coffee tasted mostly like water. I thought the first time was a fluke and maybe it was just that one bottle of flavoring, but after the second attempt I am not willing to try again. Especially when I haven't encounter this issue in other Dunkin's.

Two people working here were rude. Three times, I told them I needed just black coffee with sugar, no cream. He prepared it, and it was white milk. They thought it was funny. After they gave me black coffee with no sugar, they told me that they had liquid sugar :)). It is not happening the first time. Last time, they judged me why I needed ten doughnuts. ?Bye !!! ?

I went to the Dunkin Doughnuts at Union Station. I am a Black Gay Male. They refused to serve me. The Gentlemen laughed at me and called me a Fagi. H Ethan told me they had no food when I asked for a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. They White woman before me had just ordered the same thing. The Black Men there are homophobic, rude, ignorant and so disrespectful. I will never go there again.

Most famous donut shop chain everyone knows. This shop is not so crowded compared to the one in subway station premises. So it was a good option to buy breakfast pastries. Buy the way, the staff was welcoming and kind.

Lobby is very dated and the set up is a bit strange but drink was made quick and correct.

App rewards mean nothing. A bottled water cost me almost $4, which is ridiculous. They don't make the signature drinks correctly for how much you pay for them, and today the donut I received was thrown in sideways so half the frosting was removed when I opened the bag in my office. Dunkin is going downhill.

10 minutes before closing and the guy wouldn't let us in. there where two guys with chairs, sitting in front of the door vaping and smoking cigarette. Due to the location being very close to a school and a preschool, there were little kids walking by, coughing and holding their breath as to not smell the smoke. One of the guys smoking was an employee of Dunkin, you should at least go behind the store as to not scare away customers. I do not think I will be returning my service to this Dunkin
