DD is growing out of the "standard" fast food diner to a more refined and affordable coffee shop-like place serving healthy sandwiches or avocado toast.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this "large matcha latte" is 90% ice. This is easily the worst DD experience I've ever had. This barista didn't even fill it to the top. Not only that but the glazed donut was crushed. Blonde barista dude you better watch your back.

I go to this DDs frequently mainly to get Iced Tea. However, every now and then I'll get a sandwich. Yesterday 3/16/22, I purchased a Egg & Cheese on an English Muffin (this is the 3rd time) I got one and the bottom part of the muffin was hard as a brick. I've never complained or commented about it prior to this, but yesterday after taking a bite and it was hard, I was very disappointed to say the least. I will not purchase any sandwiches from there ever again, the last time i got a Maple bacon sandwich they only put two slices of bacon on it and for the price of that sandwich there should be at least 4. They never have to worry about me getting any kind of sandwich from that location ever again. Truly disappointed.

They scanned my $1 coupon but would not give me credit for it in combination with Coffee Day free coffee.
Brewing hot coffee over ice into the iced coffee dispenser is NOT how you make iced coffee. The iced coffee tasted like brown water. Absolutely disgusting.

Love DD, but this location is the worst I've experienced. The staffer was extremely impatient, rude, and lacked basic customer service. He went above and beyond to greet and engage with white customer, yet did the opposite with me (black customer), and made sure I noticed it. Didn't use gloves to get donuts, so the same dirty fingers that touched money touched the donuts. He made the drink wrong and didn't remake a new one, but just added to the old drink. Incredibly frustrated, I ended up just throwing my entire order in the trash. I'll never visit this location again, and I highly advise against patronizing this location.
