Good milk shop

Zero customer service. Order on a computer, number is called and the drink shows up on the countertop.

Average bubble tea. It wasn't mixed that well for me.

Got a dragon fruit rose tea and passion green tea. The atmosphere is nice with cool decorations. The tea itself wasn't the best bubble tea. Definitely refreshing and thirst quenching but could have tasted better!

They charge a convenience fee for every single transaction so every price on the board is inaccurate.

They've got a lot of unique bubble teas. I initially came for the Tiramisu tea, but it felt a bit dry on the top, although it did have a good balance of milk. I'm at least glad it was not overly sweet. I personally prefer their fruit teas, which are so refreshing, especially the grapefruit oolong. Service honestly wasn't as friendly, and my boyfriend and I had to use an iPad to order.I would come here, but unfortunately was not blown away by their tiramisu boba.

One of the cutest shop fronts out there! Inside was a little cramped, especially if they're busy, but the boba more than made up for it. I love that they have special flavors depending on what time of year it is, that's unique!

Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday special with her boba! It was her birthday wish to come here since we are from CA!

Brown sugar milk tea (I guess?), no ice, 80% sugar, oat milk, with boba. Like it, will reorder.

I got a taro bubble tea here and it was great! I wish I had taken a picture but I had already drank half of it by the time I thought about it. I'm very picky about my bubble tea as I make my own at home most days. So I don't want to waste money purchasing it when I'm out. But I was not disappointed and truly enjoyed my drink!

I gave this place many tries because the location on the Wharf made it very convenient but it disappointed almost every time. I've tried the milk teas and fruit teas and if I had to use one word to describe them, it would be "inconsistent." The consistency & sweetness of the tapioca pearls always seemed to vary. Sometimes too hard, sometimes too mushy. Sometimes more sweet, sometimes lacking much flavor at all. The milk teas often tasted mostly like milk, especially the Thai tea and taro milk tea. I tried them multiple times hoping they'd be better but was disappointed most times. Also would like an oolong milk tea on the menu - there is plain oolong tea and oolong used for the base of other drinks but no oolong milk tea.The dragonfruit rose black tea was my favorite. The drink itself is really good, usually just had a problem with the tapioca pearls when ordering that which would throw off the drink. Overall, the menu is creative and they do seasonal specials too. It's just the quality that makes me not recommend it over some other places in DC. You also order on a touchscreen kiosk which has its pros and cons... one of the cons being it's a bit harder to ask questions to the workers about the menu, or ask them something specific related to your drink.
