Small brightly lit dinning area but super friendly. Most takeout. The food is very good and fresh.

My experience was horrible even though the food was ridiculously expensive and without seasoning for two tripe soups 44 dollars? Here in jersey a soup costs 12 dollars! plus 2 juices everything cost me 76 dollars just for 2 people? I know I'm not from the area but as people we know what's worth it and what's not, unfortunately I lost the receipt, was it also an $11 tip? The tip is earned, not given, gentlemen. I hope you improve your prices and service environment. For now it is 0% recognition. Very disappointed.

The revueltas (pork and cheese) pupusa and frijol, queso y loroco (beans, cheese and loroco) pupusa with rice and refried beans was delicious. The tamal pisque was also yummy since it was seasoned well. However, the slaw was alright.

Very Poor service experience. They cancel my order after I pay for it and said they couldn’t serve it. Never coming back

Remembered this place from when I was in DC 2 years ago, had to track it down and go again. Food is outstanding and authentic, great people working there.

Excellent pupusas that were well priced. The restaurant is pretty small and the food took a really long time to come out. But if you're not in a rush, definitely worth a trip.

Small restaurant without comfortable space to keep clients' privacy that sells itself as an economic restaurant but it is not as if. At the end of dining you will have a huge bill with a "serving fee of 18%" that comes from nowhere, plus taxes, plus tip. Better go to a more luxury restaurant and pay for it. Don't get foolish!!Small restaurant without enough space to maintain customer privacy that is sold as a budget restaurant but it is not. At the end of the dinner, they will bring you a surprisingly large bill with an "18% service fee" that you don't know where it came from as if brought in by parachute, plus taxes, plus tip. Better go to a fancier restaurant and pay for what it is. Dishonest practices make this restaurant a place that cannot be trusted.

This place had my favorite meal from my recent D.C trip, Perfect steak cooked seared and rare with a nice spicy sauce and a few shrimp - with a side of rice and cheesy enchiladas! ?
