Burgers and fries were cold and flavorless. I ordered and paid for grilled onions but didn't get any. The line was too long to complain. Basically, the food isn't much better than a school cafeteria, and the prices are inflated higher than usual for museum food. Plus, the entire zoo offers almost no food for vegetarians or vegans. Overall very disappointing.

Super disappointing that Elevation Burger didn't take the time to give location specific information about their zoo site. This is clearly more a branded zoo food hall site than a full location. The menu is not the same as other locations and meant members of our group who can eat at a normal location we're left without allergy friendly options.

Burger was a little flavorless even with bacon and bbq. Chicken strips and fries were good. I staff member was very friendly, other was a bit impatient and rude. Looked a bit understaffed for the number of people there, but it is hard to predict the number of customers on a cold Friday.

Everyone is a delight except for the manager sherrlie jones who instead of helping the other staff close up focuses on counting down the time they close. It was so uncomfortable as she would stare right at people as she said were closing in 15 minutes. So unprofessional for such a happy place.

I just wanted to say OMG especially for those who love an extremely delicious beef burger with tomato ? lettuce and extra. They have the best double burger with tomato ? lettuce pickles ?.

Was severed old food that should have been thrown away. Went to ask for replacement, was ignored and then woman was very rude.

The burgers are pricey and have a small portion size, despite being made from grass-fed beef. However, they lack any discernible flavor and are quite bland.

Honestly shocked at the bad service here. I normally don’t even care, I know service workers have hard jobs. But this was different! Sign on the door said it closed at 5:30pm, we came in for a snack at 4:45pm, so plenty of time, not even obnoxiously late. They were CLEARLY trying to close up, mopping the floors, putting away condiments, said the grill was off so we could only get fries. Whatever, not a big deal, we just got fries and sat at one of the only tables they hadn’t blocked off. We were going to leave but it started pouring rain so we stuck around for a bit because it was only 5:10pm and they literally KICKED US OUT! Into the pouring rain!! With two young kids!! absolutely insane. My 3yo son was crying that he didn’t want to go outside in the torrential rain and they were like “too bad, we’re closing” even though it was 20 minutes early!!! We weren’t the only family in there, they kicked us all out! I’m just like…shocked anyone would treat people that way.

We ordered a total of 4 burgers - 1 kids cheese burger, 2 BBQ bacon, and an elevation burger. Flavors were good but all 4 were dry and over cooked. Grass fed beef should never be cooked as much as these were. The low fat content makes them easier to over cook and dry out on top of being over cooked, they tasted like they had been precooked and sat...probably added to the dryness. The price would have been fine if there was any quality control on the cook.Service was average and what would be expected...not bad, not good, not memorable. Just like any national fast food burger place... McDonald's , BK, etc.Cleanliness of the facility was not as good as it could have been. We saw trash cans being emptied but no surfaces being cleaned or wiped down...tables, counter tops, etc

The GM was very accommodating to our mistake. He gave us outstanding customer service and it was a really welcoming environment. Food was delicious.

I recently visited Elevation Burger and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow and our server seemed disinterested in assisting us. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. The appetizers were soggy and lacked flavor, while the main dishes were overcooked and dry. We tried to address these issues with our server, but they were unresponsive and unapologetic. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to its poor service and low-quality food. The sandwich is discussing, it looks like left over from those lions in that..?

Place sucked. After waiting forever in line the manager closed the registers from taking anymore orders because of “a problem in the kitchen” (probably couldn’t keep up with orders) because the food was still coming out as we waited for the kitchen to “reopen” and after another 15 minutes I gave up. She ignored me when I tried asking how much longer and she was hardly apologetic. Plus one of her staff uses the same gloves to handle garbage as the food. Beautiful.
