I had high hopes but meh... servers were friendly but that's where it ended. We never got silverware even after asking. I ended up taking it off another table. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The plate was hot however the chicken in the sandwich was ice cold and had been sitting out for a while. The fries arrived on a try and were not cooked all the way through. When she pulled a clump of them apart the potato was not cooked. I don't mean the inside of the fry, I mean the outside of the waffle fry wasn't even close to being finished. Unfortunately that was the high part of the meal. We ate one slice of the pizza and left the remainder on the table. This wasn't even worth a midnight snack or cold pizza for breakfast. The pizza definitely wasn't fresh, the sauce was so watery it seemed like they were running out and added water to get through the day. The table next to us that got their food just as we were leaving and it looked really good. Maybe our cook was just having an off moment.

Paris was a fantastic server during the workday lunch hour. She went above and beyond to accommodate a food allergy. This was my first time at this location and I will be back thanks to her kindness and attentiveness!

I am regular...I love pizza and Detroit style is very nostalgic for me. It brings back memories of eating in Michigan during grad school and older memories of pan pizza as a kid. It's delicious and honestly you really can't go wrong here with the choices!

Have been here three times, each time with a reservation. Each time had to wait over 20 min past reservation time. Staff is kind and always hustling but this place is waaaay understaffed and there are always empty tables and a long line of people waiting to spend their money. The food is good but it's so frustrating that the whole place has a stressful vibe

There food is amazing when you can get it fresh. The service is not so great. I've gone repeatedly to this establishment and waited over an hour for cold pizza. Today was the last straw though. I made a reservation for 12 (which was confirmed!). I show up w 11 other people and the place is closed! I don't really know if the issue lies with google, opentable or the restaurant itself, but someone needs to sort that out. That's enough for me to seek elsewhere from now on.
