This place has really fallen off. Went last night for dinner at the bar and was disappointed to find the entire bar sticky and uncleaned. The food was rather unremarkable which is a change from previous experiences at F&O. Also, the bartender decided to clean the entire bar right after our entrees were served, including spraying an industrial cleaner that we could actually taste after he applied it. Not sure what he was thinking. Hope they return to their old standards as it was always a reliable choice.

The food and atmosphere are great. However, the furniture needs to be cleaned and washed. The sofas were very dirty.

The food was very tasty but overall experience was underwhelming. The quality of the food was good but the portion sizes and options available were extremely disappointing for the price. For example the cheese cake dessert was a 2 inch by less than 1 inch cube. The servers and staff were all polite, but we had to ask for drink refills more that once, empty plates & glasses sat on the table, the food took over an hour with no comment or updates on delays.

Food overall was great as pictured and the taste as expected HOWEVER, The waiter named Felix was a terrible waiter that even though there were two people who came after us and ordered after us we got the food the latest I feel like he did that on purpose or it was a mistake. I approached him and he ADMITTED then it was a mistake. I’m not sure why he did not tell us up front to us about it when our food was served next table but he had us wait 40 minutes for our main food to come out. Food was great however I did not like his service at all. I would not recommend anybody to go to the restaurant IF he’s there on site because he even brought out my child’s chocolate milk after half an hour after he realized it lol. Restaurant manager, she needs to do better. I don’t mind paying for food at all but the service sucked. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday awesome Felix!

We ordered, waited for 40 min for appetizers to come - our food got delivered to a wrong table. No apologize at all - the waiter was hoping we were stupid and couldn’t realize. Then waited for another 30 min for entrees to come out. People who came 45 min later stared to enjoy their entrees earlier than us. Then after we requested the check, it took another 20 min to come. Worst experience ever in all DC restaurants we tried in past 6 years.

The atmosphere and location is their selling point. They were ok. It’s not my first time here but today’s server was literally rude.I went in on a weekday afternoon, the food was NOT fresh. They are a busy restaurant and nobody seems to really care about the customers.

The food was below average. We ordered crostini for starter. The bread was stale and the toppings were not fresh either. The salmon was very fishy and undercooked. It was raw in the middle when I had asked for well done. Our server was careless and lacked patience. He coughed numerous times while standing close to us. The restrooms were dirty and in need of attention. Overall, the menu was overpriced for the quality and portion sizes.

My friend and I had a delightful dinner at this fine Mediterranean restaurant in City Center a while ago. The dining experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the place's ambiance, and it had a relaxing decor that was tastefully done and made us feel as if we were in a fine resort. The service was attentive, which made our experience even better. The food was simply the best, cooked with fresh ingredients, and the chef masterfully brought out the authentic flavors of each dish. We completed our dinner with mouthwatering desserts that were simply amazing.

Great memories and experiences created there. Wonderful atmosphere and warm ambiance. Nicely presented wine selection. Mixed drinks garnished creatively. Most food was cooked to perfection with exception of a burger, instead of medium it was rare and I just did not care for that much. Other than that please try their small plates items, delicious. Have a great time.

Absolute disaster! I had a business lunch here that was totally ruined. We waited 90 MINUTES for our food, 2 of 4 dishes were wrong, and my client had to leave hungry before her order arrived. When the manager came out to talk to us, she was full of excuses but took no accountability. Avoid this place, there are plenty of others nearby.
