If I could leave NO STARS, I would. The MALE employee barged into the restroom as my 3 year old daughter and wife were using the restroom. First he argued with me that the restroom was for employees only (we were paying customers). After I told him we did not know that, he opened the door as my wife and daughter were in the restroom, yelling at them "get out, that's for employees!" Naturally, I was shocked and quite upset. There is a law in D.C. that all food serving establishments must provide restrooms for customers. I guess this place does not care to follow laws. I wonder what other laws/regulations they do not follow. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.In Response: You are correct, this incident did not happen this week. It happened on 16 December 2023. Whether my wife locked the door or not is besides the point. Your staff member knew my wife and daughter were in there, but insisted on barging in and proceeded to yell at me and my family. It also does not change the fact that DC code stipulates an establishment serving food must provide a restroom for patrons.

First time trying Frozenyo and it was pretty good. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and came to help as soon as we walked in. It was very clean and inviting. Easy to maneuver around the toppings. I'll definitely be going back.
