I only got a pizza this time I would say the dough and the cheese are spot on, but I can’t say that about the sauce or the sauce with the pecorino Romano was just a little too strong for me . if I got the pizza again, I definitely would do without the pecorino Romano, but the sandwiches looked great. That’s the route. I’ll take next time.

As some other reviews have mentioned, the bread is hard. I thought I would try a sub anyway in hopes that those were just a few rogue hard loaves, but the bread takes away from the sandwich. The fillings are pretty good but the bread is so hard and thick, it's a chore to chew. I'll be ordering my subs from Compliments Only unless they change the bread recipe.

I’m a vegetarian and had the most delicious crispy eggplant and roasted red pepper sub!! I thought $15 for a sub was high but it was honestly well worth every penny. I ordered at the kiosk but the kitchen staff were friendly when I picked it up. Vibe is nice and modern and clean for a fast casual lunch or bite for dinner, but is nothing fancy. Music was way too loud though. Even with noise cancelling headphones on it was ear piercing. Management definitely needs to turn it down - I was eating on my own in a rush but if I was trying to hold a conversation it would have been impossible.Vegetarian options: Two vegetarian sub options

The subs are tasty and fresh but the bread is extremely hard, and I’m not talking about toasted. Their standard bread is hard on the outside and makes eating unpleasant - the roof of my mouth is not happy. I also tried the side Brussels salad and while I love the price point at $4, there was a mustard or horseradish flavor that was a bit too overpowering. You have to order at a screen in this location.

Ordered dinner from the 1875 K St location today for my GF and I (she’s a newbie to Grazie Grazie). I’m a huge fan but normally buy from the Wharf location with zero issues. Today however we noted the Retzo was very dry (the chicken), and the 8+1 didn’t seem to have any vinegar and oil on it so also came off as dry. I’ll remain a customer but hope this location will see this note and try to keep things juicy across their sammies!
