We ordered the CBR flatbread. It was delicious - but a bit spicy for our liking. The rooftop had heaters everywhere and the bartender was excited to share his insights on the local brews. We enjoyed our evening at the Hive.

Stayed at a hotel nearby and found the Hive Bar as we walked the neighborhood. We were looking for something fast and tasty and the pizza did not disappoint!! They were trying out a new menu (for the Super Bowl) so we snacked on popcorn chicken and tatters as well. Tatters are a favorite!!“The” Old Fashioned cocktail was amazing!! Our bartender was an expert and made this delicious drink delicious every time!The bar is accessible, with a bar and tables on the first floor, and an elevator to the rooftop bar. The pizza/food is delivered from &Pizza which is attached to the hotel.Street parking was easy on the weekend.

Hive Bar is just north of the Lincoln monument, so if you've ended your walking afternoon around there, turn north and stop in. The beer is cold, the pizza is hot and the service was fantastic. We were here on a Saturday afternoon, the manager, 'Day' was AMAZING, the food from &pizza and beers hit the spot. Awesome old building - will definitely go back

The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. We would highly recommend Hotel Hive on your next trip to Washington D.C. George Washington University is directly across the street and the White House and Capital is a short 15 minute walk. The hotel is very centrally located and we would highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to Washington D.C.
Very nice hotel. Appreciated that it the rooms have just enough space no waste and efficient. Clean and comfortable. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic! Ideal for a short stay in Washington DC. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time! The hotel was clean and cozy. Kara was SO helpful and gave us plenty of tips on getting around and things to check out on our trip. Very convenient location to metro and restaurant has a pizza place and a bar. We didn’t get to check out the rooftop bar just downstairs.

Was a good two day stay. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I do miss being able to book a room for lower rate, but the holiday premium was in effect. I walk a lot, so this location is perfect for me to get to the National Mall for Veterans Day ceremony.

Hotel Hive was nothing short of AMAZING! Upon check-in we were greeted by Q, and she was absolutely the sweetest! Room was small, but worked perfect for our girls trip. Excellent location, within walking distance of all historical attractions. We will definitely be back to rent Room 401 in the future.
