The management constantly tries to verify the cake done, by saying it was our fault, it is disappointing as a simple comprehensive email or apology for the disaster this played would have sufficed for us to remove this comment completely. But all we got is no answers on the phone, not even a name for a person to address. Disappointing in the whole handling of this situation.We asked for gold flowers and a marble looking design but the result was a disaster and a low quality. When contacting you we would have expected the end result would be up to the level. Disappointed in the level of communication as well.

The most epic cake business ever!!! We ordered a cake for our sons 4th birthday. And I figured a cake for 40 people would be a two tier. And it was more like 2 floors! A ginormous, delicious, amazingly designed cake was delivered to me a whole hour ahead of schedule. The response time was great. The delivery rep gave me amazing instructions and sent an image of how it should have been set up. And it was perfect. And I received SO MANY compliments on the look and taste of the cake. Even the parents with the kids at another birthday said the cake was gorgeous! Thank you to Lisa and the entire team!!

The cake was absolutely delicious (vanilla cake and icing plus chocolate ganache in the center) and the company was very quick to correct an issue that occurred during cake cooling process. They also offered a discount and free delivery to help me meet my budget. Lisa made the process so simple. I just sent over a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like, shared our flavor preferences, and provided the delivery address.
