My husband and I really enjoyed this place and tried to go back before we left to fly back home (it was that good!) we really enjoyed the service, everyone that worked there was super welcoming and talkative. It has a real homey vibe and the prices you obviously can't beat, just make sure to have cash on you as it is CASH ONLY! Parking isn't hard, lots available in the nearby neighborhoods.

Best little dinner in all of DC. Come for the food, stay for the aesthetic.

Dining there is like taking a trip back in time. Kyle is very attentive and friendly, in an endearing, cheeky sort of way. The food is great and very reasonable.

No nonsense breakfast place. The waffles were amazing and the price point is hard to beat. Cash only so keep that in mind! Waitstaff/ owners were extremely friendly, and the environment reminded me of what I'd imagine an 80s breakfast joint to be.

Solid breakfast at a great price. Definitely a no frills place but it’s worth a try if you’re in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.I visited on a rainy Saturday around 1pm and there was a steady stream of customers.I ordered the egg, pancake, and sausage plate for $7.95 I think! It was good. I would definitely go back.

The most authentic breakfast spot I've seen in probably twenty years. Loved the food but the ambiance and friendly service stole the show. Glad we had cash so we could enjoy this gem. Can't wait to return.

I recently tried breakfast at Jimmy T's Place in Washington and it was a pleasant experience! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the bacon was crispy just how I like it. The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable, making it a great spot for a morning meal.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful!!! The food was simple, but good enough for breakfast. Got a side of corned beef hash which was a bit pricey for the amount you get but the food was tasty!
