One of the best chain coffee places I've ever been to in my life. Their coffee is of such high quality, it tastes so amazing. I love their plates and cups, they're so cute. Their pastries are also delicious! The service is very fast and the staff was very nice as well.

Conveniently located in REI right by the NOMA metro station, i LOVE la colombe. This was one of the best matchas I've ever had. $8 which is so expensive, but you get a pretty large size. The staff was very nice and efficient. Seating is a bit cramped inside, but I took mine on a walk and loved every sip:)

La Colombe is a great coffee shop experience found throughout the District! Whether it be catching up with a friend or getting some work done, La Colombe provides a comforting ambiance that is very aesthetic and photo-worthy. I visited the Chinatown location with my sister on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I really loved the brick structure throughout this location and found the inside to be clean, spacious, and inviting. Keep in mind there is only one floor and seats fill up quickly! I've tried the Vanilla Latte and Matcha at La Colombe in Farragut West (which I really enjoyed), so I wanted to take the opportunity to try something new. I decided on their Cold Brew with Whole Milk and Vanilla. The Cold Brew was a bit sour, but paired well with the milk and flavoring making it lightly sweet and savory. Keep in mind the vanilla syrup is an extra dollar, which I personally don't appreciate. The service was quick and answered all questions I had about the various drinks. If you find yourself near one, I would definitely check out La Colombe, despite its quality being a bit hit or miss based on its location. I look forward to trying the Half Tan, a half Cold Brew - half draft latte mix, sometime soon!
