Solid Lebanese joint with good food. We got 2 shwarma plates (chicken and beef), baba ghanoush (didnt have the usual smoky flavor, but good nonetheless), falafel, garlic fries, and dolma (likely canned). Food was good, and tasted even better the next day.Vegetarian options: Appetizers are vegetarianDietary restrictions: Great for anti-inflammatory and Mediterranean diets, plant-basedKid-friendliness: both of my kids did well. Staff is very friendly and patient

This restaurant has low quality food and made me ill several hours after eating. Avoid it at all costs.

Awesome food. I do prefer the chicken over lamb. It just tastes better.

Honestly it hit the spot! I really enjoyed their food, it was a bit pricey for the quality of food but what do you expect from a grab and go place? Get the chicken shawarma and all the hummus you can desire. I love lebanese food!

Small Lebanese cuisine spot. Ordered rice with fries and lamb. Everything was delicious. Good prices and convenient location

One of my FAVORITE spots for lunch! Food is reasonable priced and huge portions. I highly recommend the Taverna Platter so you can try a few sides, rice, plus the main meat of your choice--I LOVE their Chicken Shawarma!! The hummus, pita bread and kibbeh are DELICIOUS as well, better than most places in the area. The Traditional Platter is another good option too. Also, they do have salads, bowls and sandwiches if the platter is too much. They have a small condiment bar, with different dipping sauces--the Garlic Toum is AMAZING and definitely gives the food more flavor! Food is prepared fairly quick--an ideal spot for lunch.

Ok. I’m back and for those following Scott and I in the dc area this is another triple 5. Such a rarity but we give them 5s for our triple Q rating system which is quality, quantity, qost. Get the lamb or chicken sandwich and make it a platter for $4 and your killing it. Healthy food, lots of it and it’s tasty and best of all you’re not getting screwed because there’s this thing they call inflation out there? Yeah just a global excuse to charge of us more money. The big head fake.
