I wanted small plate, so I ordered a kid entree. The manager the food to my table and had the audacity to tell me going forward adults are not allowed to order from the kids menu. Excuse me, I can order what ever I want to eat and it's a lunch, dinner and beverage menu. Customer service was horrible, the waiter only came to the table once. Enjoy that service because you didn't get tipped for the lack of acknowledgement.

While the food was great (I especially enjoyed the mussels) the customer service was disappointing. My friend and I expected more from the staff given the high end prices. Our waiter (Andre) seemed overwhelmed and the hostess that seated us (Kathleen or Cathrine) was dismissive and rude. A visiting manager, Alfredo, saw us waiting and was kind enough to take our order, he was very pleasant. Over all, the ambience in the restaurant is cute but I do not plan on returning. For those prices, I expect to be treated better.

Catherine, our host, neglected to greet us or offer an apology for the wait, which was disappointing, especially since we were gathered to celebrate a friend's birthday. Her demeanor was chilly, leaving us with an unwelcoming first impression. While the food was alright, the ambiance was pleasant. However, our frustration peaked when they failed to serve our cake properly, simply bringing it to the table without providing plates or utensils. Instances like these underscore the importance of courteous service, leading us to reconsider returning in the future.

The whole experience was out of this world. Inmar was our waiter and he was attentive. The other waiters were lovely as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to go. The food and portions were excellent, the staff wonderful, and don’t forget to go to the patio in the 3rd level. Best place ti take pictures
