Party of 15 that I brought to the restaurant. Shrimp was overcooked, lobster was overcooked, beef carpaccio had to be scraped off the plate. Then I had to send my wagyu steak back for being undercooked, on top of that it was fatty and mostly inedible, not what I’m looking for out of prime cut. I didn’t get my steak back till everyone had already eaten, had to get food from a friend and no one from the restaurant approached me about it. Such a disappointing experience.

Celebrated my birthday dinner there on 3/15 and when I say I was treated like a queen I was! The steak was phenomenal on the heated plates! Bread service was also great. Top notch service from waitress. Cocktails were so delicious! This place was absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to go back again!

I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. It took some time to flag down a bartender to order. I got my salad, which I sat there for five minutes trying to get the bartenders attention for 5 minutes as I had no utensils. The female bartender was on her phone a lot texting. The guy next to me just about spilled his drink on me a few times…clearly had too much to drink…yet the same female bartender served him another round which consisted of a vodka drink and a whiskey drink.Disappointing.I’ve been to this location a couple of times and this was by far the worst service I received.

It was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is nothing short of romantic and beautiful, exuding an upscale and classy vibe that is admittedly accompanied by a high price tag. However, every penny spent is reflected in the quality of the service and the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience. The live music, featuring a female vocalist with an incredible voice, added an extra layer of sophistication to our evening, setting the perfect mood for a romantic dinner. Our waiter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our meal. It's evident that Maestro has mastered the recipe for success, blending impeccable service with a warm and inviting atmosphere. As for the food, it was beautifully presented, turning each dish into a work of art. The Brussels sprouts and Mac & Cheese sides were incredibly yummy, leaving us craving more. The Chilean sea bass, topped with crab meat, was a highlight of our meal - buttery, mildly flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our rack of lambs, while delicious, could have benefitted from a bit more seasoning, and the crab cake appetizer, though tasty, had a bit more filler than we would have liked.Despite these minor critiques, we had an amazing time at Maestro. The only reservation I hold is regarding the price tag in relation to the food flavor experience. While the ambiance and service are unparalleled, when it comes to sheer flavor, one might argue that establishments like Ruth's Chris offer a more value-for-money experience. Nonetheless, for those special occasions where atmosphere and overall experience are paramount, Maestro on 13th Street is a choice that will not disappoint.Parking: Just uber like we did

I was really excited to go here because it looks nice online. First they I didn't have to cut that I wanted which wasn't a huge deal I got something else similar. But the sitting here was the worst I've ever experienced. It entirely took away from anything positive about the experience. When I walked in I noticed they had a lot of empty tables, but they had reserved my table right next to the bar and immediately to my right was a server station. There were obviously servers continuously going back and forth to this spot and there's barely any room for them to get through so it was quite obnoxious. They should eliminate this table completely. I was embarrassed to bring my date here because of this, we got the worst table in the entire establishment. The food was ok, better than outback steakhouse but not by much. The New York strip I think it was the butcher's cut or chefs cut or something like that was very fatty, about 40% of it was fat. The lobster mack was good, but the seat was horrible.I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to put seating right there it's really really really really really really really really bad. To be paying that much money and have people constantly bumping into your elbows is ridiculous. I hope whoever goes here does not get this spot. Between the servers bumping into you and all of the commotion from the bar it felt more like I was at a fancy dive bar with a dress code.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and from the moment we stepped in we knew we made the right choice. They had a singer playing the piano and the music selections were great! The food was simply amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the service!

I had booked the reservation on Open Table but the reservation was canceled by the restaurant for some reason. I think they hit a wrong button because we were seated quickly after we arrived. It was a special occasion and they made sure it was. I ordered the Beauty Filter drink and the Expresso Martini for dessert. For the appetizer we had the shrimp cocktail. The cocktail sauce was nice and the horseradish was awesome in it. We both had the Chefs cut NY strip 20 oz. The steaks were cooked to order. I added the bearnaise sauce with crab, so good and the sauce didn’t break! My husband’s steak was a bit stringy and tough but no fault of the restaurant as they can’t see into the steak itself. We also had the scalloped potatoes. It was big enough to share. So good and cheesy on top. For dessert we had the signature warm butter cake with ice cream. They gave us a cheesecake slice for the anniversary. 10/10 we want to come back.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my partners 31st birthday, and the experience was subpar at best. They called before our reservation to confirm her name but forgot to being out her birthday surprise. The waiter was not attentive although the section we were sitting was not particularly busy/ heavily occupied. I enjoyed the food but the experience did not align with a fine dining experience.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, but unfortunately my steak was never cooked correctly. I asked for my 8 oz filet to be cooked medium and it was rushed and basically raw. Very
