One of the Hispanic supervisor is such a child, she shouldn’t be allow working there, I never met such a horrible customer service experience and I requested something and she decides to act as a child, I’M paying for my food nothing is been given me free for her to act like that.

It's not to bad of a place the service is pretty good and works also ,it can definitely be much better do to the fact that there's lots of homeless people outside but they really don't bother you iv been going there for the past 5 years because I work around there so over all its not a bad
The place was unfortunately crowded with homeless individuals, overshadowing other issues. The overall cleanliness was lacking, with trash scattered and an unpleasant odor. Disturbingly, there were instances of drug use in the bathroom and someone openly making a joint in the dining area. Regrettably, I won't be returning due to these concerning experiences.

Every time I go to buy at this place the workers are in a bad mood and they don't put the correct order and they charge you for what you don't order and they steal your food and they never put the sauces and they talk to them in the language they speak and you leave that they don't understand the language and if you speak in English they don't understand maybe it's better to hire people who really want to work and understand the language and stop stealing the hamburgers and pay more attention to the customers you pay for. We're not going to ask for free and with better customer service that is what they pay their salary forKid-friendliness: I incomplete the order and without sauce and without cervillets and they stole a hamburger
