I come to this establishment daily and it's gotten worse and worse as time goes on! First regarding the food, it's not so much that it's bad food but the employees do NOT WASH THEIR HANDS OR WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING YOUR FOOD! Second the service all depends on who is helping you, there are a handful of Great employees but it seems as though the management are the ones who cause the problems! I've seen them not only argue with customers but be down right rude and racist and now they even charge for a curiosity cup of water!! There are a few customers here are there that act ratchet but I don't judge seeing how the staff is, they could be acting like that simply because they too had a bad experience with one of the staff! All in all you probably wanna stick to the drive through and check for TP before using the restroom!! Hopefully they get more pleasant employees and managers to work here!! DO BETTER MCDONALD'S YOU KINDA STINK AT THIS LOCATION!!

This is by far the worst McDonald's in DC. The customer service here is terrible. The manager Karla, by no means should be a manager. I purchased a fish sandwich from this location and once I got onto the highway I realize my fish was not done and it was soaked in grease. So because I don't live in the area I held the fish sandwich and receipt in my car to return the next time I'm in that area, which happened to be two days later. When I return to the location I had explained to the manager that I purchased a fish sandwich from there two days prior and that it was not done and soaked in grease , Miss Karla had explained to me that there was nothing that she can do about it because it was after 24 hours. As if I was going to get off the highway and come back! She did not even have the audacity to offer me a $5 gift card for my trouble and the inconvenience that it caused me. Now keep in mind my fish sandwich cost me $7 easily. I tell you, some people just should not have certain titles.

It just looks very black and dark nothing updated but the outside the employees look zombie to be very honest with you they look like they don't want to be there and most of them are Spanish and there's barely sitting areas that are clean there's a lot of homeless people who are invading peace when it comes to enjoyment of a meal it just doesn't feel welcoming it feels like a territory over a family fast food restaurant if I work there I would make that business a tip top shape with upbeat employees who will not fake a smile when it comes to doing what they love at work making customers come first and making them enjoy their meal

I frequent this McDonald's every morning I get the same sandwich everyday while I understand the language barrier,my sandwich was wrong this morning I didn't check it until I got halfway to work this is the 3rd time it has happened when I mentioned it to the manager he offered know apologie not did he ask could he make it up with maybe a free drink.Thid is the morning shift ppl are going to work the least you can do is try to remember your repeat customer.Please do better

This location is very hit or miss from a food quality and service atmosphere. I came inside to have breakfast. The kiosk wasn't functioning, so I waited in line to order.I ordered hot cakes and sausage along with a sausage biscuit meal. It took a while for my order to come up. When I received it, the hot cakes and sausage was missing the sausage. Also, I didn't get my hash browns with the sausage biscuit meal. Once I got that fixed, I still had to ask for butter, syrup, and utensils. The manager that was "expediting" orders never apologized for the screw ups. He also seemed annoyed each time I asked for something missing in my order. This was despite him being the one bagging the order.I've had better service at the drive thru vs. dining in at this location.
