I had been looking forward to visiting Moorenkos since their reopening and, unfortunately, was very put off by my experience. Value: 1/10 - and this is largely because I was charged incorrectly. I ordered a double, but was charged $10 - which I didn't fully realize until I saw the charge on my card because the employees were talking amongst themselves throughout my visit and didn't inform me of the cost Vibe: 1/10 - this could be a cute spot, especially given its location, but I was very put off when the employee who scooped my ice cream wasn't wearing gloves and basically had their hands in the ice cream. Also the inside of the store smelt like marijuana pretty strongly. Ice cream: 1/10 - I ordered a scoop of banana peanut butter, which was icy and lacking in flavor. The second scoop I ordered was chocolate, meant to be the actual dairy chocolate, but given it's similar iciness and lack of flavor I think I was given a dairy free scoop.

Would you believe this ice cream has an ENTIRE paragraph of ingredients!! Nothing natural or ultra premium about it. I'm getting tired of paying ultra premium prices for cheap, fake ingredients and I'm no longer staying quiet about it. Stick with Haagan Daaz its way better and less expensive.

If you have to cheat texture with carrageenan and gums it's not ultra premium. If you eat premium ice cream you can taste it. Rip-off pint of air.

The customer service here is unbeatable! I highly recommend going here. My group got the mango sorbet, blackberry sorbet, and mint chocolate chip! No complaints here! Plus, I needed assistance that required the owner going above and beyond and there’s nothing like service with a smile ❤️ I will come here every chance I get

I really want to love this place but, even after their recent reopening, the place still doesn’t meet basic hygienic standards. My daughter and I went in today and while one employee was helping another customer using gloves, we were being helped by someone who just went for the sugar cone, ice cream scooper, lids and freezer cover with bare hands. Thank goodness my kid didn’t want toppings… could not handle being a witness to any more germy practices. I hope they do a better job training the staff and prioritize a clean and pristine shop.

They’re back in business! Generous triple scoop was very worth powering through on. The peppermint stick flavor is especially nice, liberally sprinkled with candy cane bits
