I feel my food was rushed cooked and wasn’t prepared right and this is why I ordered Nandocas Choice, it’s a chicken sandwich which is supposed to come with coleslaw on it, & they didn’t put any coleslaw on the sandwich, the sandwich was so dry even with the peri-peri sauce, it shocked me because I never headed it that way, this was a horrible eating experience, I couldn’t even enjoy my food. I guess it’s better when you eat in and you can catch the mistakes faster.

I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I’m so disappointed with my Uber Eats order from yesterday. When the wings arrived, they were incredibly small, despite ordering a dozen. They were so tiny.I wasted my money, I will never order from this store again.

Honestly our experience was horrendous !! Firstly they accused of being “tipsy” (fyi we didn’t even have a drink) that is defamation of character. The food arrived cold and they forgot to give us our garlic bread and we waited another 15 minutes to get our garlic bread. We were tourists having fun and tried to enjoy our night out, it was completely ruined!!!

The food was fine, but damn, the service was on point. The ladies who work there are so hospitable. It was awesome. I had been to this Nando's many many years ago and the ladies who worked here back then were **awful** - SO rude. Now it's like night and day. Keep up the good work, Nando's!

deeply disappointed with the service I received from your restaurant last night.I placed an order online valued at around $70-$80, only to find that half of it was missing upon delivery. Upon contacting your restaurant, I was informed that two bags were given to the driver, but I received only one, containing items worth approximately $20. This falls significantly short of the value of my original order.I appreciate being transferred to the supervisor, who assured me that the issue would be resolved, and I would receive a refund. However, despite their commitment to call me back, I have not received any communication.This situation is incredibly frustrating and feels like a blatant case of being ripped off.
