The female owner appears indifferent to customer service. The taste of the food was inconsistent; while the paomo was enjoyable, the duck blood lacked flavor, saozi noodles has no taste, and the roujiamo was overly greasy.

Omg I use to love this place. The quality has gone significantly down. Rude and disgusting food.. it’s actually a tragedy

Absolutely love the food here!Drove from Boston to dc just to see the cheery blossoms. I had been craving Chinese food for a long time but thank god google maps popped up this restaurant on my page, wanted to give it a try but surprisingly delicious.Personally recommend Liang pi and hot spicy chicken, will come back next year just for the cheery blossoms and this restaurant!10/10

The place is quite remote, so I thought it was because of the aroma of wine and the deep alley, but it turned out to be rubbish. The "cumin mutton" was full of onions and there was a hidden steel ball onion. The cumin mutton was great, but the service attitude was not good. The waiter kept coughing. The portions are also relatively small, with one dish containing more side dishes and less main dish! Shop bully

Iron wire was found in "Cumin Lamb". Portions are small. The roujiamo is "one of a kind" and all the dishes are "one of a kind". The experience is so bad that I don't want to give it one star.

Pure garbage. Not delicious and expensive. few. Not clean. Eating steel wool balls while eating. Order a dish worth 200 yuan and give two boxes of rice. Is it enough for the dog? Really convinced. It’s really a lie to outsiders, locals know it’s not delicious and don’t come here???. The waiter was also disrespectful and polite and kept coughing and talking. I'm convinced. You guys really know how to do business.

The food here is absolutely disgusting! I ordered through DoorDash because they have a 4.7 rating with over 2600+ rates BUT IT'S ALL LIES. The General Tso's chicken was mushy and extremely breaded. There was barely any meat! Even the vegetable rolls were mushy inside. I threw the food away and contacted DD for a refund which I was given. I attempted to leave a review on DD but the page kept reloading. I have never had an issue leaving a review on DD before. I will never order from this disgusting place again. The absolute worse Chinese food I've ever had, hands down!

Pretty authentic Sichuan food compared to the rest of the Chinese restaurants in DC!

This was my first meal in DC., and it did not disappoint. I got the szechuan chicken and the bowl was huge. Enough for 3 more meals.

Panda Gourmet was advertised as one of the best chinese restaurants in DC. My order was disgusting. After spending approximately $70.00, I found the food greasy, unappetizing, and unpalatable. Had I been in the restaurant, the dishes would have been returned. How do I get a refund?
