Definitely understand this is a club type restaurant but the music was too loud. It's cute but just note that when you trying to have a conversation. The calamari was amazing. Nice crunchy and the sauce was good. The mocktail amazing i appreciated the waitress looking out. The shrimp scampi was good noddles could have been cooked a lil longer and it would have been nice if they took the time to take the tail off. The desert sampler was nothing to write home about either would give the food overall 6/10 only thing making it at least that is the calamari. I personally wouldn't return but it was a nice experience

I came here on a saturday night and the ambiance and decor are very pretty. There is a DJ as well which makes for a fun night out. The service was good and I had an overall good experience. I enjoyed the drinks, there was a lemon drop special, I had a strawberry one and it was delicious! My friends got the mayflower spritz and it wasn't bad but wasn't something they wanted to reorder. Food wise, like most DC places that have a nice aesthetic, didn't necessarily hit the mark for me personally. The biggest downfall was that me and one of my friends both got shrimp scampi and the portion was small and the noodles were HARD. However, we had crab cake appetizers which were really good and another friend has the steak frites and liked it as well. This place also turns into a nightclub at night and it's really centrally located in Dupont. I think I would return for drinks/apps before hitting the bars/clubs nearby!

During the Winter Food Festival, my friends and I decided to explore the Mayflower Club. They offered two meal options: a 4-course or a 3-course meal. Opting for the latter, we embarked on our culinary adventure. My friends and I sipped on various drinks--mocktails for me, while they indulged in an Old Fashioned and the signature Mayflower Drink. For my three courses, I selected the following: 1. Lobster Bisque: The bisque was poured tableside, emphasizing the experiential aspect. While it was decent, I detected a slightly fishy taste. 2. Stripped Bass: Unfortunately, the bass didn't quite live up to its visually stunning presentation. The aroma was overly fishy, and the flavor failed to impress. 3. Cream Catalana: Among the three courses, this dessert stood out. Its lightness and delicate flavors made it the highlight of the meal. Among the other dishes we ordered, we got the Baked Brie, Tuna Ceviche both of which were fine and Filet Mignon. While the Filet Mignon is typically considered an indulgent choice, my friend remarked that she has experienced better elsewhere. My wife eagerly anticipated her dessert--the Chocolate Flambé. The theatrics of the flambé were intriguing, but unfortunately, it failed to deliver the expected chocolate lover's delight. She was left disappointed by its lack of panache. However, the ambiance posed challenges. The live DJ in the dining area made conversation difficult--we practically had to shout to communicate. Overall, while the Mayflower Club exudes elegance and expense, it falls short in terms of food taste and quality added with the live music situation.

This place is walkable from DuPont Circle South exit. Maybe 5+ minutes. Came on a Saturday afternoon. I had a mocktail that was the bartender created. It was super sugary tho, I barely drank half of it. Gratuity is automatically included There is also a Fair Wage Surcharge that is automatically included Place was clean, trendy. Bathroom was clean and had selfie lit mirrors lol

This is a place to go to look cute and take pictures. The decor is amazing. The staff is really good. The food is not worth the price. The drinks were tasty. Wr had the crazy feta shrimp which was tasty but for the price thr shrimo should have been bigger. The lamb was coed well but had a weird mustard on top that wasn't in the description of the food

Ambiance is great. Customer service is nice. However, the food is not so good. I would recommend if you're looking for a cute place and cute drink but other than that I'd pass.

I made reservations over a month ago for brunch for my birthday celebration and they canceled my reservations 2 days prior with no explanation. If you have a big event I would not depend on them.

Hey food lovers, I really enjoyed myself at the Mayflower Club. The ambience is simply amazing. The service was A1 from start to finish. The manager was very attentive as well. When I say their lamb is in my top 3, I really mean it. You want to savor every single bite. The food presentation was perfect. Perfect for first dates, birthday party or just a casual night out. Provided video below. Food: Smoked Lamb chops with asparagus, potato purée and pickled onion.

Love it! So beautiful restaurant with delicious food and amazing drinks! Service is fine, could be improved somehow. I think there was just one waiter upstairs and we had to wait 10 minutes to order second round drinks

Great flavor on simple good wings. The service at the bar was quick and kind. Beautiful ambience old world but clean and fresh! Great taste on the Korean barbecue wings, and a great Long Island tea. Perfect cook on the wings not dried out. Great experience, I'd come back!

excellent service from the bartenders, not quite professional and friendly, the music and the atmosphere allow you to share a pleasant space with friends

The Mayflower Club is a stunning restaurant! It is a great option for a girls night out or a date. Upon entering, the decor is very luxe and stylish. It is dimly lit and moody. We had a reservation for 6pm but unfortunately did not arrive until 7pm due to strong storms in the DC area. Even though we were extremely late, the hostess sat us at our table immediately. Luckily they weren't too crowded yet for the evening. Our waitress came right over once we were seated. We ordered the pineapple lemon drop martinis which were deliciously balanced. For food we started with the Caesar salad (not pictured) and spanakopitas. For entrees we had the Moroccan salmon and Smoked lamb chops. Everything was AMAZING. So delicious. I can't wait to go again.
