My order was messed up two different occasions and nothing was done. No compensation nether time manager was rude and had to wait for a brand new pizza after waiting already an hour and a half to wait another 35-40 minutes.

Avoid this location. They steal from customers. I placed a delivery order and received the wrong item. They promised a replacement that never arrived. After waiting two hours, I went to the store in person with the original order in hand and requested a refund. They lied about refunding me. It's been days and I am still waiting. I filed a complaint with corporate. They lied and told corporate that they contacted me to rectify the situation. I have yet to hear back from them. The staff here are dishonest and unprofessional. They should be ashamed. I will never return.

This is the worst pizza business in the market. I received half eaten food from this location an was even a full product half eaten. Observed the scrap marks this is exactly how it was served to me. I didn't have one bite of it. Never used or open my spoon, I took this back an got my money back. The employees were laughing an smiling. I got a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone we had to turn around an go back. I would not eat here! Unless you wanna be pissed! ?Vegetarian options: The worst ever experience. No food presentation no customer service.

Absolutely terrible management. I placed an order through Postmates, which included an addition of pepperoni that I paid for, and which was not included when I received it. Rather than refund me the roughly 2 bucks that I spent for the additional topping, the "manager" said that this was an issue that I had to take up with Postmates; there was nothing he could do. Since there's no direct number for Postmates, which I informed him of numerous times, and I didn't want to "consume the evidence" I told him I was happy to return it. He continued to raise his voice and agreed that I should just return it. Of course, the poor Uber driver was terribly confused, but was willing to assist as necessary. I was able to get a response from Postmates with a full refund. Good job and thank you, Postmates. I certainly hope the poor deliverer was compensated as she did nothing wrong. However, this Papa Johns has absolutely TERRIBLE management. They clearly don't care about repeat customers. There are too many good places to go eat out on Capotol Hill to waste your time at this one.

About a 1-1.5: A large order was placed at this Papa Johns to feed a crowd - we had Cheese, Pepperoni, and Veggie, all on their regular crust.The pizzas were picked up, and even though they didn't come piping hot, it was still warm enough; they could have done a better job in slicing the slices, as they weren't cut all the way through and the slices had to be 'ripped' from their adjacent neighbors.I had the Cheese and the Veggie - both were just okay.It would have been nice if crushed pepper and grated Parm cheese packets were included, as well as plates and napkins, as the store could clearly see that this was for a large party order.+warm pizza+slices not clean cut+crushed red pepper, grated Parm, plates & napkins were not included+pickup available

POOR Customer service! .. when I pay for delivery & delivery fees I expect for my food to come to me at my door !! Don’t call me telling me you outside then catch a attitude cause I ask for my food to be handed to me .. second , I ordered and 8 piece wing and only received 6 pieces I called the store they said I can come to get more wings instead of giving me another 8 piece because I had to come to the store out of them making and inconvenience for me they only give me 3 wings -_-
